their food was really good. and if my mom wants to drive 20 miles for their coconut chutney, then I guess I drive my mom 20 miles for their chutney!
The food was AMAZING!! and our server was so nice, it was a genuine memorable experience!!
Amazing! Our server, Anna, was knowledgeable about the menu and highly attentive. She was both personable and professional, making the experience 10/10! The food was served hot, on time, and was brought out by the sweetest, smiling girl. The rice was the most delicious Indian-style rice I’ve ever had – very aromatic and fluffy! We ordered the Shrimp & Chicken Masala; both dishes were savory with perfect portions. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be coming back! Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.
We had Goat Biriyani, Chicken Tandoori and Naan.
Generally I don’t like chicken tandoori that comes with a lot of gravy. I prefer dry chicken tandoori with the cooked spices that are attached to the surface of the chicken. But here in Asiana, they made me fall in love with tandoori chicken that comes with some gravy. We enjoyed the tandoori with their delicious Naan. Naans were fluffy and full of taste. A 5/5 for Naan and tandoori chicken.
The reason we went to Asiana is to try their goat biriyani. Personally the goat biriyani tasted decent to me. It didn’t bring the WOW expression from me unlike the tandoori. But it wasn’t bad either. It was a OK tasting Indian biriyani. It’s 4/5 type Biriyani. Meat quality was good and came in decent quantity.
Atmosphere and the service were super good. We will definitely go there again and recommend our friends to try the tandoori chicken with Naan.
The cuisine was tasty and fresh; however, they overlooked inquiring about our spice preference, resulting in a non-spicy dish initially. Upon informing them, they promptly replaced it with a mildly spicy alternative.
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, not too crowded, and very clean. The food was delightful we did the Tandoori chicken and butter chicken both had excellent flavors and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Our host/server was the sweetest. He was attentive, knowledgeable and funny which really made the cherry on top of our night! We will definitely be back when we come to Austin!
Really great Indian food. My coworker has lived in India off and on for 7 years and said this place is pretty spot on. It had all the classics. Portion sizes are generous.
We were the only ones in the whole restaurant when we came and it was still a bit slow service but the food was excellent.
My experience at the restaurant was great, food was amazing I ordered chicken tikka masala and lamb curry, both comes with rice , the rice was great so fluffy and non sticky long grain, the lamb was so tinder and juicy, the nan bread was so good not doughy I would definitely come back again, oh and the server was so relaxed and the place was super clean no cooking smell highly recommend it
The music was very relaxing and the service was quick to seat me. Steady flow of customers but not super busy, friendly wait person , great food .
I love the food it was my first time there i ordered two entres and both tested so good they have great service and its very clean place highly recommend it
The food was good and reasonably priced. Recommend the lamb curry since the lamb was very tender. Garlic Naan was great.
However, the curries were slightly too mild for my taste.
The food is amazing, and the portions are big. Will definitely come again!
