I went here with my grandchildren and it was our first time ever having Baskin Robbins the place was absolutely swamped but the ladies behind the counter treated us as if we were the only customers and made sure that we were very satisfied I like that Thank you ladies we will be back
Clean store. Great service, and Ice cream. My daughters enjoyed their visit, and we will be back forsure!
I love Baskin-Robbins! The ice cream is really yummy and there are many flavors to chose from. There are even flavors to fit special dietary needs, like gluten-free. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean. My only criticism is that the space could be larger. The lines can get long, especially on a hot day, making it really crowded and hard to maneuver. All in all, I recommend.
Took my 4 yr old to this location about an hour before closing. Two young employees were working, a male and female. Sadly I feel like there’s this stigma right now about young workers….BUTTTTT…Both were incredibly friendly, customer service was ON POINT!! The gal totally humored my kiddo with some taste tests and silly questions about flavors, then within 60 seconds of her serving him his bubble gum ice cream kids cone, the top half of the cone snapped off and fell face flat on the floor. She GRACIOUSLY offered to get him a new cone and proceeded to serve us the rest of our order with kindness and a genuine smile. Truly wish there was the ability to tip on a credit card receipt but honestly cannot say enough good things about this location and the care we were offered.
I absolutely love this place and that staff that I’ve dealt with have always been amazing! Super thankful for this crew, especially for showing up when many others are not! I appreciate you!
The lady working was awesome. The lady ignoring 5 customers so she could make waffle cones was a little unfriendly and seemed put out that there were customers.
