Sushi Totoro is now my favorite sushi place in Colorado. The restaurant itself is new and stylish (which is not how I rank my favorite sushi places but I thought it was worth mentioning). The menu is amazing with many rolls I have never had before. Everything I ordered was amazing especially the complimentary "monkey brains". The staff was very friendly and quick. Being a larger gentleman I usually get slow played at all you can eat sushi which just wastes everyone's time. That was not the case here, they fed me to my capacity in a very timely manner. Love this place.
I eat here a lot with my family. I love their portions, their customer service and the overall atmosphere. We have been going here since their opening weekend and I couldn't be happier to continue on being a regular patron to this establishment! I have never been ignored and I have never left hungry. This place is great and everyone I have taken here has truly enjoyed themselves and have returned without me! I would give more than 5 stars but that's not an option!
We greatly enjoyed our experience. From the start, the wait staff was super attentive and polite. We both ordered from the all-you-can-eat menu, and it was nice to eat a little at a time and keep being offered menu slips to order more. The sushi was very well-made, attractive and delicious. The music playing over their system was 80s rock, which was especially enjoyable. I suppose the only downside is the cost; I'm sure the food and experience are worth it, but the prices are a little prohibitive. I wish we could go more frequently.
This is my new go to sushi spot ! Everything was super fresh and delicious. The service was excellent ! They also do an amazing job at delivery. Hot fresh well packed/organized with everything you need including utensils & sauces!
All you can eat here is great! We've loved coming for years. There was this one time recently where we got confused with how many orders of monkey brain were given per 1 order but the managers handled the situation very well. The food is always spectacular. My favorite all you can eat on the area by far! Also love the sister location sushi train.

These guys have delicious Sushi. Plus, their roll combos are very reasonably priced. I realize that this may not be a big deal for some. However, considering how some businesses are blatantly gouging customers due to COVID. It is wonderful to see a place that still delivers great food and great service at a reasonable price. It is not cheap, but definitely reasonable and a pleasant experience.
Service was great, sushi was awesome, went with the all you can eat since it was our first time there and wanted to try out multiple things. Fish was very fresh and good quality. The rice was a little stickier and mushier than I'd like but definitely still ate it. Looking forward to going back. The steak roll was very good.
