Literally the best McDonald’s in Atlanta! The staff is always so nice, service is always very quick and the food is always fresh and hot. Thank you so much for being an amazing McDonald’s!! This location is the only one I go to now 🤍

We usually do drive-thru, but...
I had a coupon, so I had to go inside. My order was taken and completed, but I didn't get my cup to have a Coke while I waited. Later, I found out that MCDONALD'S is removing the lobby drink machines. Fine, not the store's fault, but it flawed my experience.
Overall, this store is GREAT 👍 Most consistent, great service, as one would expect in Buckhead.
It's McDonalds, so the quality is relative. But! Hot , fresh, fast, and correct order! 10 of 10 for fast food. Someone here actually cares.
In upscale Buckhead, this fully renovated McDonalds has fresh flowers in the restrooms; a big open floor plan with plenty of seating areas for diners, drinkers, and computer users; and they even bring food to the table for guests.
My partner and I came through the drive thru on May 18th 2023. The food was good and the service was quick and excellent. One of the employees, Warren, was one of the most kind and engaging McDonald's staff members I have met and is a true asset to the location!
They are very efficient at this location. Impressively so. A little more friendliness at the counter would be nice but that's a dying skill; they're not rude at all. They're very quick both inside and in the drive-through. Well worth the visit.
Update: The quality of the counter people is declining. I think they're relying too much on kiosk and app orders and sacrificing the quality of counter orders. People skills are poorer. Only one register is open and not always manned even at that. Orders are recorded wrongly too often. Good business is still all about the people, even in an online world, and McDonald's is starting to forget that.
I know it’s just a McDonald’s.. BUT it is my favorite!! The nuggets and fries are always fresh!! Literally perfect.

Only going to give four stars out of principle for not giving McDonald's more than four stars. With that being said...this is the best McDonald's in Atlanta. Never a line to order, though I typically do mobile ordering. Order has always been correct. Chicken Nuggets are actually fresh, which is SIGNIFICANTLY different than what I have experienced at Boston-area McDonald's. Safe inside, though things can get a bit sketchier during later hours of the day. Employees are always really attentive and quick to get you your food. Have only done take out from here.
Quick service! Fresh food! I always use the McDonald's App. It's easy to either choose to go inside to collect your order or pull into the car pickup zones! I have racked up many points on the app!
