Had a coffee date with my daughter at this location. The customer service was excellent just like my pumpkin chai latte! 😆 So looking forward to going back soon
We LOVE this Starbucks. Jada and the team here are amazing. My kiddos have a coniption if we go to any other Starbucks. Way to go, Team Cascade!

I really want to take the time to acknowledge this Starbucks and it's entire crew. I come here often to sit and work and I have noticed how extremely busy this location gets every single day. This crew consistently is performing at 100% each day - hundreds of customers in the store and a line outside. They work efficiently and diligently. Every day isn't perfect but the effort is there. Also, they have excellent management (the one I notice is a woman manager that is excellent at training, direction & handling orders while she supports her team). This can be overwhelming job, but they always try to greet customers and get orders out as fast as they can. This is a Starbucks right off of a highway exit in an underserved area - they're doing the work of 2 locations and they need to be recognized/rewarded for it. This is not what I heard or saw once or twice - I have consistently observed this about them for almost a full year. They all deserve extra support, raises and bonuses - every single team member. My only recommendation is that Starbucks provide extra cleaning support to keep their restroom a bit cleaner because all hands are *really* on deck so they may need a cleaning crew (I don't consider this their fault). Great job!
We were on a visit to Grandma's when we stopped by the Starbucks on Cascade. I would rate this experience 4 of 5 because they were out of many items on the menu. Which led to us changing our requests. Once we were at the window, we were greeted with attitude. Mainly because I asked for cash money to be added to my Starbucks account for the points. It was like I asked one too many questions. My adult daughter noticed his shortness as well, no customer service for the length of time we waited for others, then our own order, yet we still placed a sizeable order for 2 adults and 2 children. Sense we only went through the drive-thru, the 'Atmosphere' survey query was not applicable. There were no complaints from the peanut gallery on the order we received. Everything was good, and what we come to expect from Starbucks. Hopefully, we will have a better experience the next time we're in the area.
Great customer service and made my grande hot white mocha with 5 pumps Carmel, breve and blonde shots just how I like it.
1-2 days out of the week I treat myself to this Starbucks. Quality baristas, friendly service and short wait times. It’s worth the 18 min drive. Great crew.
Staff was amazing at the cappuccino and grinding a bag of coffee thanks. Very friendly staff.
Parking was an issue, seating was an issue, and line was an issue. The drinks were good and place was clean. Very popular, so just be prepared
Only complaint is the line of the drive~thru it just simply to small and you usually have to wait longer than expected to order.
