Lydia was extremely nice. She also cleaned and sanitized each table and chair after each use.
This is my go to place every time I come to ATL for business. It could be a couple months since the last time I have been in and as soon as they see me they remember my order. Have also had lunch there a couple times and they have excellent sandwiches and the fresh brewed tea is the best.

The men and women at this establishment are Very eager to please. While I was there they accidentally gave a nurse or staff member of the hospital someone else's sandwich by mistake. Instead of fixing a new sandwich for the customer who was patiently waiting for her sandwich, they spent the majority of 10 minutes looking for the nurse or staff member, while this woman waited patiently without saying anything..I was just an outsider observing this interaction, but I seriously felt bad for the lady waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich while others surpassed her in line.
Food is great. Sandwiches are generous and very tasty. Perfect selection covering all the basis in a mostly creative way. Somewhat expensive, especially for the extremely small sides, although their good quality. It basically cost $1 for two bites of their carrot craisin or potato salads. Staff is somewhat hard to understand and unclear about the menu, but very friendly and willing to find out the answers.
Great customer service, lots of food options and nice atmosphere/space to go to on your work breaks.
A great place for breakfast after your fasting blood work at your Piedmont West appointment. Not too much, not too little or you can order seconds.

Rising Roll has become my go-to lunch catering option. The salads are super fresh, lots of sandwich options and they have reliable delivery.
I showed up 5 minutes before close, which I know is a dick move, but they were so accommodating and friendly and the food was fast and good.
Fast, friendly, fresh, tastes very good, healthy and serves both breakfast and lunch.
