I live in TX and only get to Krystal when I'm home!!! I enjoy it breakfast, lunch or dinner
Flew in from Seattle on personal business. My son suggested Krystal's so we stopped in for a bite. Excellent customer service and the food was hot & fresh. The chili-cheese fries were pretty darn good. This location was nice & clean. Restrooms need a little work but overall this location is nice. I'll be back!🥊👑😉 G
One of the cleanest Krystal's I've ever been to. Whoever the manager is, she needs a raise and all the praise. Treat her and her employees right.
It was after midnight and the lady at the drive through was very polite. great customer service at the window as well.
Ot was descent today because lately these last 2 year's Krystal has been extremely terrible but today I can give them a pass.
I decided to try their breakfast. It actually was good I had the scrambler bowl. And the customer service was good.
Rude little girls working, talking slick, I ordered on-line and went to get order and heard one say ain't no order here and shut the drive thru window and start laughing as if I was in a playing mood. I walked away to calm myself for a bit then came back and showed my phone with order and another more muture young lady checked and fixed my order.
The customer service is amazing! Everybody was so welcoming , food was great! We don’t have a Krystals near by in Dallas so this was a great experience trying this new food!
Service is always slow, they never have what you want, and the prices is high high, but I enjoy eating Krystal late .

Employees were very nice and professional. I usually take my teens there after school. Our food is always hot and delicious. Service from the speaker to the pickup window in 3 minutes or less. Love it, no complaints here.
