I recently visited this location and the service was excellent. They were unfortunately short handed and our server “Love” also cooked our food. She did an amazing job and this was also some of the best tasting Waffle House I’ve ever had. Overall, it was a great experience.
I went on Monday and Tuesday night around 2300. The staff is great but what really sets this Waffle House apart is the cook. This man puts pride into his food. That whole Waffle House cares. Phenomenal location. If you have a Waffle House closer than this location near you but this particular location is still accessible - I urge you to travel the extra mile and experience how genuine and talented these employees are.
Okay, I had to put this out here. My friend and I went for breakfast at 10:30 on a Monday morning. Was greeted at the door, service was so fast, food was so fast and so good, and I never had to ask for a thing (napkins ran out, syrup, more coffee, water, etc.)
I never do reviews, but had to say I’ve never had a WaHo experience like this one. Hey WaHo corporate, give these people a raise.
This is my home WH & it's fantastic every time.
One of my go-to waffle house spots! “Lil Mama” always takes good care of me and is very friendly. Food always comes out in reasonable amount of time even during late night rush hours. You won’t have an issue trying to dine-in or do takeout here.

I hadn't been to Waffle House in ages and placed a pick up order online while waiting on an appointment. The user interface was all right, but I couldn't find where to ask for extra condiments. I bought 3 double waffles with the intent to freeze the extra portions to enjoy them throughout the month.
When I arrived the server greeted me promptly and showed that she was packing my order. I asked to buy some extra syrup cups and she chuckled, explaining that I didn't have to buy them. She was happy to give me what I requested. (Turns out the standard is 2 per waffle order) She also chatted with me about storing and reheating the waffles.
I appreciated her prompt service, but her friendliness made a difference in my day!
Ordered online and food was made perfectly, was hot and fresh!!
Location on Howell Mill. Great service! Super friendly, and the food was good, as always. Would return.
