Always a wait, but worth it. Food has, for me, been fresh and hot. A great budget friendly seafood fast food option. The varied specials and limited time offers are always good. Customer service in this location is average. The drive-thru cashier was friendly, but we felt rushed to order.
Food was great once I got it. Staff was short so I was there about 40 min . There were about 6 people waiting in lobby before me and about 5 or 6 after I arrived. Other than the long wait which didn't seem to be a ongoing problem it was great
For is normally always hot abd order correct. They are frequently understaffed, so it takes a while to place your order at times. The employees are mostly nice, polite, and quick.

Me and my mother enjoy this location. We always go right at lunchtime or right at dinner time, and the food is always hot, not overcooked,hard fries etc the food is just right in that sweet spot.
Food was surprisingly ly good. Didn't expect much late on a Friday night. But this was all very good.
I came by this particular captain D’s on a Thursday night with my wife, looking for a lay bite because we were out past dinner time. I am pleased to say that I am glad that We made this choice. Outstanding customer service, Organization, the Food was on point with Cleanliness. I am proud to say that I made a trip at the captain D’s off of old national. There are many people who do not take pride in customer service. Not here. I hope that this continues in the future because I will always come here before I go to another Captain D’s and I am less than two minutes from a Captain D’s in Fayetteville. Thank you to Jamisha and Angel they’re heaven sent

The Captains Ds in East point was friendly, caring and respectful. The food was quickly served and extremely good. I will go back.
