This Dunkin’ was the best we’ve ever experienced! The gentleman that took our order, made our drinks and helped us was so kind, wish i would’ve caught his name. Thank you for making the experience beyond brag-worthy! We visited 11/09 around 815pm, if that helps determine who helped us. Please let him know his kindness made our day!
Coffee is always fresh and hot but it’s the customer service that keeps me coming back 3 days a week. The manager and staff are amazing so friendly and warm. They always act excited to see me and appreciate my business but I leave knowing they appreciate me just as much.

This could be the busiest dunking in the neighborhoods. They have a little dine in area that’s separate from the noise, that’s nice. It’s a decent Dunkin location.
UPDATE: I am updating my previous negative review to now recognize my current 5-star review. It seems that some companies do pay attention to these reviews and work hard to fix and improve upon the concerns customers have. I would like to recognize and thank this establishment for the hard work they’ve done to bring about a better Dunkin’ Donuts experience. The menu options have improved and their customer service in store and at the drive-through is far superior than where it was a year ago. Thank you very much for your dedication to customer service.
Ive gone here twice in 1 week ams Sidney has made my machiattos. Wow. She has knocked it out of the park. The coffee was hot and the flavors were mixed perfectly. Dont let her go, you guys need her.
My favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. My iced latte is always right. The other locations usually forget to stir it which makes it taste bitter.
Dropped into Dunkin for the first time in decades. I was so surprised at how updated the drink offerings were. The kiosk allows you to custom order your drink. It was nice to have a choice of dairy or oat milk or cream, sugar or all types of sugar substitutes. I have been craving frozen drinks but don't want the sugar, now I can get them! I got a frozen coffee and plan to try the match next time. The two staff working there were super friendly and chatty while I waited to my drink to be prepared. I will definitely drop in often now! What a terrific discovery!
I placed an order online and went to go pick it up and it was clear that they were busy. The thing is, everyone working kept their cool, focused and their task and communicated with the customers which is absolutely vital. Especially Dion. He let each person know that he knew the status of their order and would get ot to them once complete. Great staff over there!
Last year when I was going there on the regular the customer service was horrible. Now that I start going back the start been great and faster! Must have new management or whatever it may be I’m liking the outcome
I love Dunkin so much! This location is clean and it's never crowded. They have never messed up my drink either.
