Loved the food, loved the vibe! Will definitely be eating here again when the menu fully opens up. Check out this super cool space!
Food is amazing, such a cute place to go have some drinks and chill! Caleb is the best bartender too!
I'm very happy to have found this gem in Buckhead! The food quality for the price is amazing in a city like this. I'm in town for the Christmas season, vending at the Christmas market next door. So grateful there's a dive bar so close with high quality food! On my third visit, they made a mistake and my food took a long time to arrive. Stuff happens🤷. They took full responsibility for the mistake, apologized, and then gave me my entire meal for free. Including my drinks. Super classy move. They almost lost a customer, instead they gained a loyal regular. 6 big stars.
Great little hole in the wall! Our server was super friendly and was able to give us some good recommendations for both beer and food. I had the Po Boy which was fantastic. Great atmosphere and pricing as well. Will definitely return.
I live in the neighborhood and Irby’s is my go-to. The flavor and quality of food trumps that of the fine dining spots in Buckhead Village. Highly recommend to any and all!
Burgers 5 stars
Fried Chicken 5 stars
And don’t skip on the Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Slapsssss… get you some
What a great little place. Slight hole in the wall, sports bar, neighborhood hangout spot with great food, atmosphere, and people. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and fun. They are all welcoming and helpful. Lots of televisions all over, with large ones on the heated patio. Just a couple of wing flavors and my favorite is the Hot Lemon Pepper. Meaty and tasty. Also, the Steak Philly is soo delicious. Not a lot of parking but they validate if you park in the deck at the Buckhead Shops. Lastly, the nachos are prepared right. You end up having more toppings leftover once the chips are all gone.
Overall always a great sports bar. As far as service and food go, it’s great but still a sports bar so keep your expectations level with that. The atmosphere here though is always awesome and I regularly run into people I know/strike up convo with someone. Definitely a cool chill spot to hangout and catch your favorite games!
I was taken here by a coworker and had never heard of it - I was mildly dubious of a sports bar having legit good food. Damn - I was wrong, the food is amazing. It's basically burgers, chicken, and salads (and beer+), but the food is A+. Our server was awesome, she tolerated a lot of nonsense from my group and gave great recommendations.
I was just in town for work but I would 100% go back for the food. I got the chicken sandwich and loaded tots - the chicken was flavorful and juicy, I'd order that 10 more times.
Outdoor patio is nice. Tap beer selection is ample but a little one dimensional, i.e. IPAs and lagers. Our server doesn't get paid enough based on the service we got! Completely recommend.
Very delicious food, I recommend the nachos entree you won’t regret it!! They are just opening this location and it’s a sports bar. I love that no matter where you are sitting at there’s a TV in different angles so you don’t have to worry about missing out or having to turn at certain angles to watch the TV. The only thing that sucks is that the parking spaces are limited but you are able to park by the bank for $7.35 but it may vary that’s how much it cost when I went.
Official Website still says only open for delivery and curbside pickup, but they have been open for dine in, both indoor and outdoor(patio).
We dined in and Reggie E was our server. He was nice, friendly, attentive, very professional! Totally a 5* server!
Burgers were good! They were huuuuge and tasty! We got plenty of fries.
We would definitely revisit this place and if Reggie is around, we will ask for his table again!
Anaya was an amazing server! Super friendly and never kept us waiting. She recommended the Buffalo chicken dip and no other dip can live up to the hype, it was so so good.
I tried Irby’s Tavern the other night after hearing great things about it from friends. It completely lived up to the hype! It has a great patio, and the decor is really inviting. Atlanta sports fans will really love this place, but even if sports aren’t your thing, come for the food - it’s worth it! This is not your typical bar food.
The staff and owners were super welcoming and attentive. I asked for advice on what to order, but the Shrimp and Grit Cake with Wild Mushrooms immediately stood out to me, and our waiter confirmed that it was pretty amazing. It definitely was. The mushrooms were an unexpected twist to the classic shrimp and grits, and it worked. The grits were in a cake form, instead of classic “soupy” grits, and I liked them way better this way. There’s so much on the menu I look forward to trying.
They have an awesome patio, although I didn’t sit there on this visit. I will definitely come back with friends to enjoy it.
