Incredible! When my son wanted to try the squid ink pasta, I scoffed at paying $23 for an 8 year old to try something new, but when I asked the waitress about the kitchen making a kids version? They happily complied! My wife loved her risotto and I couldn’t get enough of the ravioli! For dessert, we all enjoyed the Nutella cheesecake. The waitress was good, but I wish she would have been a bit more attentive with the drink refills. Other than that, she was sweet and helped my wife decide on what to eat.
Love this place. The atmosphere is fun and hip and the food is fantastic!!! The bartender Brandon who was working was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating!! I highly recommend Taverna!!:)
I love this place. The food was wonderful and the servers were great. Phil and Carlos helped us out and they were both great. Their recommendations were perfect for my liking. Also, kudos to Chef Alvin! He made sure that we enjoyed our experience. 👍🏾
The place is very cool, super cozy. The service is very good, the food is wonderful. Try the risotto with burrata, it’s divine. And the kale salad and ask for the additional chicken. And to finish with a flourish, don't forget to order a dessert, we ordered the frittelle della nonna, it was very good. I will definitely come back.
My sister and I came to Taverna for my birthday and it was the best experience ever. The food was delicious - we had the burrata salad, salmon and mushroom risotto. But the service was really where they shined. Our waitress Chris (sp?) went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable night. I truly haven’t experienced such amazing attentive and special service in a long time. Plus, the atmosphere on the patio was so nice - quiet and private with some liveliness from the restaurant and street. Couldn’t recommend this place more for any dinner or especially a special occasion. 10/10!
We stopped by Taverna for a quick meal before going to a show, but it took longer than expected. While the food and drinks were delicious, the slow service from the kitchen made us wait quite some time between getting our drinks and food. Additionally, the loud atmosphere made it difficult to have a conversation with my dining companions. On the plus side, the service staff were polite and pleasant, though it did take a while for our water glasses to be refilled. Overall, if you're looking for great Italian food and drinks, Taverna is worth a visit, but be prepared for slow service and loud atmosphere.
Great place for Saturday brunch with friends! $3 Aperol Spritz/ mimosas is a great bonus! Food is always good. Highly recommend the burger and chicken n waffles!
It was my first time here with my boyfriend, everything was amazing. Our server Cam was amazing and super attentive.
Super cute restaurant with nice patio dining. I had the caesar salad and salamino pizza. The pizza was tasty and the ingredients were fresh, service was fantastic and I loved the overall vibe of this place.
Awesome experience all around! Had a little time to kill so I went in and enjoyed a cappuccino made by my amazing server, Seth. He really went above and beyond. The entire vibe is AMAZING!!
The ambience in this restaurant was everything and the food was wonderful! I went with a friend for lunch and we both received great service. It was worth everything dollar spent.
This is a good restaurant is very consistent. The pizzas ,pastas, salads great . The drinks are well made and the desserts are nice too
