Hey yall 😘 Tried this soul food, place passing through ATL, that came recommended. The food was okay. Some of the staff was friendly. Others were tired, hot, and not that friendly. The facility presentation was mediocre at best. It's always good to try new places, but this is one place l probably wouldn't return to. Thank you K&K for my dinner. I appreciated it.

This is the only place where I get lemon pepper talipia with extra lemon pepper. I promise once you’ve had theirs baby you wouldn’t want it from anywhere else. Fried and seasoned to perfection. They have a variety of meat and side options . I’ve had just about everything there but my favs are definitely the fish the addictive sweet potato pie (they use to have oxtails) ribs on Friday and Saturday ( very tender) the yams, the cabbages are my grandma favs along with the cornbread muffins. I love their beef link sausage breakfast with hash browns and toast. The portion sizes are more than enough compared to other breakfast/soul food spots. You do not have to wait outside for your food. The fish is cooked to order. There is seating and tables for dining in. Restrooms and dining areas are usually ALWAYS clean. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. The workers there work really hard and fast. I will update with more pics of other foods but the fish is MY FAV. So I just updated to add a pic of their HEALTH SCORE which is a 95 A … ok ok

Was visiting ATL, and did a Google search for Soul Food, and I'm so glad we tried this place! It's a cafeteria line, you tell the staff what you want. Generous portions, wide variety of selections I got collard greens, cabbage, cornbread muffins & fried chicken- everything was delicious! Sweet tea was just right for my taste buds. Open 6 am to 5 pm. I went about 11:30 am on a Friday, and we had no problem parking in their lot. Next time in ATL, I will be back!

I finally stopped by this spot yesterday. The parking lot was crowded and the line was long, but moving. I brought two dinners to take out and try and I was satisfied with everything. The food was coming out fresh as you stood on line, it was decent for soul food and so were the prices. Wear a mask if you’re worried about people being close to you. If you choose to eat in there are tables, but don’t expect fine dinning, just good old momma meals 😂

Food is always good. I have had breakfast and lunch and both are delicious. The fried chicken is great especially for breakfast and their pancakes are fantastic as well! I would suggest getting the food to go and enjoying a good southern meal! Also try their lemonade!

Where driving through ATL for work and wanted to try this place for lunch. Little did we know it was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. But a very nice lady came outside when she saw us pull in and said there closed but have some extra green beans and chicken. Boy I tell you that was the best chicken and green beans I ever had. I'll be back for sure, amazing food and elite customer service.

Everything was tasteful the only complain I had is that I ordered ribs and they came with no barbecue sauce. Didn't realize until I got back to work and I work downtown so there was no returning. However, I can't say that the ribs were well seasoned so I still was able to eat some before I got home to get me some barbecue sauce. The Black eyed peas were on point the cook understood the assignment. The macaroni was banging as well as the cornbread.

Freshly prepared tasty food daily. Breakfast provides a wide variety of choices such as fried chicken wings, fish, pork chops both fried and smothered. The salmon patties competes with my own. Of course, the usual breakfast items are an all time favorite.

We stumbled upon this place by accident while passing through Atlanta. The line was long but it moved fast! There was so many foods to choose from. Every time I go to Atlanta now, I MUST stop here. I've never had a bad experience. The portions are a nice size too!

The location is easy to find. Parking is convenient. The inside of the restaurant is small but clean. There was a long line that extended past the door but the servers move the line efficiently. Now, food was so delicious! I had the turkey wing dinner with navy beans and green beans. Talk about flavorful! It was seasoned to perfection. My only drawback was the navy beans tasted a little slimy to me. Other than that, great tasting soul food! I’ll definitely return again!!!
