Came right at noon and of course they were packed. The employees in the drive through were great! Got customers in and out. Working with smiles on their face. Service always great! Food was so hot and fresh that I decided to pull over in the parking lot and eat it then instead of rushing back to the office. Everything was hot, fresh and good!
Nice place. They are typically very fast with the food. I will say they need an update on the parking lot/drive through but with limited space I see how they might night be able to. I will definitely be returning!
Pete is an amazing person. Very honest and willing to lend a helping hand. I won't go into too much detail about what the issue was but he was able to help me resolve it 100%. He takes pride in his job and treated me with kindness and compassion. I appreciate his good deed. He definitely paid it forward.
I mean of course we all know these guys always go above and beyond but to actually be the one it happens to is always cool. So for the first time I ordered a salad and I was already unsure which one I wanted but I ended up choosing the spicy southwest. Nick was a great help in my decision. I assume it came with spicy fried chicken but when I received my salad, it was a chilled spicy grilled chicken. I was not excited as I was in the beginning and luckily Tara saw that and suggested to change it out, as well as told me how to order in the future. I just appreciate the small gestures that ultimately become big ones. Thanks guys I really wanted this salad lol
I like the food. I particularly like the Cobb Salad w Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips with Avocado Ranch dressing. It is my favorite item from the menu. I also like to order the kale salad with a side of grilled chicken nuggets, and of course the waffle fries yummy 😋. I like their organization, clean restaurant, restrooms and the quick completion of the order. I like to order ahead of time using the app (to get points) and go for pick up.
Drive through is always crazy and it seemed a bit unorganized, the other multiple locations that I’ve been so far was directing which car goes first in line but this location was like whoever pulls their heads out more even though u about to crash into someone is just crazy. Need a little management over here for sure
I'm a regular costumer because is on my way to work .and never they said hello how are you . Wich chick fill a always was the courtesy thing. My pleasure after the order . In this location they don't care about Courtesy . Some times they said hey ! what can I do for you . And they never give me the right order . They need to change either the manager or the owner from that store need to paid more attention on he's business ..
As always Chick-fil-A had a speedy drive thru with great customer service. I placed 2 separate orders and I only got 1 in the drive thru. I went inside and informed them of what happened and they gave me what was missing and a COMPLIMENTARY warm brownie!
Stephen went above and beyond for my online order today! I ordered for a friend who was not very responsive when it came to pick it up and Stephen was great about communicating and making sure we got our food in a timely manner. Thank you tons, Stephen! You’re a rockstar!
Food came out fast, long line as usual though, pimento sandwich was dissapointing its too much on a sandwich and its a sloppy eat. the regular stuff was on point
