Ordered the Market Place salad … everything was prepared SUPER fast even though there was a line. The food tasted really good. On a short layover, this was a good find. BUT the star that helped keep everyone in line and assisted those who needed was the host named “Ron”. Just his voice and presence brought a smile to anyone who was stressing about traveling. His positivity shined through any surrounding negativity. He is one reason to visit
The food was delicious but even more than that was the EXCELLENT customer service that I received from Mr Donald. This company is VERY lucky to have a person of his magnitude driving there customer service. Anytime I'm traveling in the area I will be sure to stop here.
I ate breakfast here after arriving to the airport earlier than my family. The food is made to order on the grill after you do a self order on the touchscreen. The food was fine by airport standards and the prices were also pretty expected for an airport location. I was most pleased by the service. One member of the team stayed in front of the counter to help pass out orders and give accompanying items like beverages. If you were eating your food in the area, he also would proactively give silverware and napkins, help find seating, etc. Truly the best service I've had for a place that wasn't even really a sit down restaurant. This location was past security in concourse B.
The food was hot, fresh, and SO good! I had the House Turkey Club.
Ronald was so welcoming and fun! He promoted the food and said "we're so glad to have you"! I'll eat here again for sure! (In Atlanta Airport).
Ron was excellent. He provided better service then most restaurants. He was helpful, courteous, and provided recommendations. Even found us a seat. Highly recommend. The salad was fresh yet still make quickly.
Ron was great! He greeted everyone and helped people using kiosk. He fanned my wet table and announced the menu was switching to lunch. Amazing service!

Ronald is a top tier employee. I was very impressed by his customer service and kindness. He’s unlike any other customer service employee I’ve ever met. He was eager to help and obviously takes much pride in his position! I would come back solely to be helped by Ronald!
Ronald was exceptionally welcoming and kind. He graciously led me to a table that he wiped down, brought me everything I needed for my order including an ice water. Then he served my order, which was delicious (club salad with grilled chicken breast, all fresh-tasting)! I’ve never experienced such fine hospitality, in the Atlanta airport, no less. I’ll also never forget Ronald and his generosity. It’s surprisingly thoughtful experiences like this that remind us there is still grace in this world. Thank you, Ronald & Fresh to Order.
