Visiting from out of state with my friends. We stopped into here while at this mall because we got hungry and it was a great option! I got a tuna melt and it was delicious. Sandwich was warm and the wheat bread was perfect.
Absolutely great first time experience at this restaurant! I had the turkey club and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! They also made a yummy grilled cheese sandwich for my 3 year old son! I definitely will be back and I highly recommend them!
Service was WONDERFUL, however the food wasn't worth 20.00. I ordered a salad and the tortilla soup. The salad was very small for it to be 10.00 and the tortilla soup, was good, but it was cold, room temperature to be exact. Also, the restaurant wasn't exactly clean, there was a coffee cup in front of the register that looked as it had been sitting there all day, the drink station was a mess, and the tables were filthy.
I first experienced the world of "Earl" sandwiches at the Disney Springs location. I've been in love every since! I make it a point to dine here whenever I'm in an area with one. I wish they'd build a location in my area.
This review is long overdue. Felicia is absolutely amazing! She is so personable, professional and fun. She has created a great atmosphere for the staff and customers- very welcoming. My favorite sandwich is the Caprese. Always fresh and perfectly toasted. The Veggie has been recommended by the staff and a few other clients-on my list to try. Cookies - perfection! Soft and chewy- not sure which is my favorite. If you get them right out of the oven- a slice of heaven!
The pizza was great, we also ordered the potatoes wedges, so yummy!
What A experience ! The menu is excellent many different choices! One of the best hot sandwiches I ever had. Not to mention I always feel a warm welcome from the staff when I enter this establishment. My personal favorite is the Earls Club Sandwich with a side of broccoli cheddar soup. Such a great lunch spot even if your just passing through try it you will be overly pleased!
The staff and manager was very awesome to me when I visited a couple of days ago. I was shocked with their amazing customer service. It was my first time there. They guided me in my choice of selecting a great sandwich. I had the Turkey club sandwich by the way. The store was very clean. It did not take a long time for me to get my food. Great job! I will be returning soon.
My Cesar wrap was so fresh. But what really pulled me in was the broccoli and cheese soup. We had a long ride home from Fl to tn and it was perfectly filling with an amazing staff who helped me to understand the menu and make suggestions as to what's good. I loved it. If I make a trip back I will be eating a Earl of Sandwich .
This is my second time having the tuna melt and I cannot wait to go back! Service is fast! Bread is amazing and the tuna salad itself is so good!
