The restaurant and food is A1 ! But the prices are a little higher due to the menu on here being 9 hears old. The bugolgi is $13 instead of 10 and the chicken fingers are almost $10
The absolute best place to eat by the Airport! The food is very fresh and tasty and no long waits at lunchtime. My coworkers and I frequent the place and are always pleased with the food and the staff is second to none in friendliness and service! Highly recommend the BLT for a quick lunch but we`ve had the wings, the spaghetti, burgers, steaks...all excellent!! And the lady the runs the place, we call her Mama is an absolute doll! Highly recommend if you want good food near the airport. We`ve tried them all and nothing compares to Genesis!
Great Food - Great staff. Genesis Bar and Grill is a delightful surprise. Great food and staff as well. Food variety good. Check it out when in the College Park, GA area.
It is hidden inside the Country Suites hotel , but worth finding. There aren't many places to eat around the airport but this is nice. Soecialty is Korean, but my bacon burger was perfect, the fries were fresh, and they have a bar and broad beer selection. For travelers, they are open till midnight. Service is friendly and professional. The only drawback is you have to know about it or ask at the hotel. Made my day to find a great meal and beer at 11 pm !
Great. Genesis Bar & Grill is a wonderful place to eat!!! The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Also, the service is exceptional as well as the food. My experience there was spectaculor!!!!! My favorite appetizer is the Pot Stickers and Shrimp Pasta :)
Gem. On a recent trip to San Diego, I was stranded in Atlanta by AirTran and left to my own devices. Luck would grace me with finding the Country Inn and Suites in College Park and the Genesis Grill. Not anticipating anything more than sustenance from a hotel restaurant, I was floored at how incredible the signature burger was. Perfectly cooked, excellent melding of all the toppings. This was truly a blessed encounter. Great menu options including Korean selections all at reasonable prices, especially for the quality.
Best meal I had on my trip. Funny this was the result of me losing my flight. So happy I lost my flight!!! Also great service.

Food was ok. The place needs some love when it comes to overall appearance. Cracks in the ceiling. But good place to go if you are staying in the hotel.
It's a sleepy tucked away kind of a spot but the food was excellent. Must try the homemade kimchi!
I just want to say "thank you" to the front of house and kitchen staff at this establishment. I was so sick of my crappy options where I was staying near the airport, and after reading the reviews decided to try this place out. The place was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were friendly. I am allergic to shellfish but figured the burger was a safe bet. When I got back to my hotel I was pleased to see that my burger was actually cooked to perfection mid-rare as requested which was a pleasant surprise. If I end up staying near the airport again, I will definitely go back and try to the Korean dishes. Thanks again for the awesome burger, guys.
Hands-down the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a hotel in Atlanta. The staff was lovely and inviting. Food was great, and room was tidy. Yolanda ( may have butchered the spelling) was so kind and called me by name the whole time I was at the bar. Major props to her and Daisy for making me feel right at home when I'm out of state. Will definitely book here again.
The staff has been great! Especially Daisy! She has to be one of the most cheerful and relatable waitresses I’ve had on this particular trip. Very satisfied with her and the service!
BUT I had to downgrade a star due to the food. This place definitely has a higher quality of microwaved food... but it’s microwaved. While that may work for some foods, it definitely doesn’t work for some of their menu options. I’m fairly certain my spaghetti was microwaved, and the vegetables and mashed potatoes I had the day prior. The taste says it all. So now I’m to ordering salads lol
P.S. as much as I’m hating on microwaved foods, the microwaved apple pie was very good :)
Good food! My first time trying Kimchi. It was different than what I expected. The bar is nice sized and friendly patrons to talk with. One of the lady bartenders was very pleasant and checked on everyone often. I will come back if in the area again.
Stopped at the country Inn over night stay. Looking for something for dinner. This place is attached to the hotel. When we first went in, we did not have much hope. The place was kinda run down. We were surprised. The food was really good. Above expectation. The drinks however was over priced. Very small glasses for the price.
This place was great. The first bite of that reuben sandwich and I was gone in tasteland of the delight. the place does needing updates in tile in the bathroom was ripped off, but it's very cozy inside.we had a missed mix up in flights and couldn't leave. We ended up having to eat there. We stayed the hotel that's right next to the restaurant.only option to eat dinner was to walk to the restaurant since we don't have a car. We were met with a nice southern welcome. Our waitress waited for us to order at theright time and give us what we needed.the presentation of the food could be a little better but the food was not changed in terms of taste. All utensils McQueen and tables clean floor with clean and the bar looked very nice
Short story, if you are near the Atlantic airport and you need some food with excellent hospitality come to the Genesis grill & bar
They don't deliver so we had to walk through parking lots and along the roads to get to it because it was the only decent option for dinner. I didn't order their Korean dishes but should have! My coworker's beef bulgogi was tasty. My steak was also quite ok. Considering how crappy my whole evening was, this place made things a bit better. And the stuff was helpful and friendly.
