Atmosphere was amazing. My family stopped by here randomly after a trip to the autism center and it was delightful. The staff is amazing and caters to your needs. They went out of their way to ensure my two boys had an amazing time and they absolutely loved the food! My nine year old says this is one of his favorite places to go now.
The food was delicious! The portion sizes were huge, I felt like I was fairly compensated for what I paid for. I can’t remember the name of what I got but I went off of a recommendation from the staff, they are very knowledgeable about the menu. The decor is very cute and the place felt as comfortable at eating in a family’s home. The shaved ice was also delicious, I got the piña colada flavor, and it could easily be shared between multiple people!
This place is very homie. The staff and owner greeted us with a warm welcome everytime. The service is always excellent. We come here for house special fried rice, and spam musubi and never disappointed. The food always fresh the service always great. Parking is plentiful. I deserve to be top ranking place. Cheers.
Casual counter place with indoor and outdoor seating. They have lunch specials and miniplates.
Nice atmosphere, the owner's sister explained they put an extra "e" and the end of "Waikiki" to differentiate this place from another Waikiki Hawaiian BBQ place run by someone else in the family.
Food was good, just wish they had bigger forks to scoop up the rice and macaroni salad!
I finally got the chance to visit this place and wasn’t disappointed at all. The owners are the sweetest and provide you top service.
I got the chicken plate and crab Rangoon.
The crab rangoons were the best I had so far.

Like the cozy environment inside as well as the outside sitting area. The food is great, I love BBQ that is juicy instead of dry, and of course the Asian touch in the flavor. You get a lot of meat for a affordable price, but I also like the biggie(cabbage?). Feel sorry that I forgot to leave the tip yesterday, would definitely come again and double it!
Soo good! Drove 45 minutes because I was craving spam masubi and they did NOT disappoint. Wish we lived closer! We had bbq and chicken katsu combo, spam masubi and teriyaki beef masubi and everything was spot on. Super fresh, great taste, the staff was super friendly.
Update 7/2/23: we've been here 4 more times and the food is always fresh, and delicious! Really good amount of food for their prices.
Our go-to for Hawaiian BBQ! Friendly staff, good portion sizes, and speedy pick-up. I'm usually not a fan of spam musubi but kinda like it from here. Great meat options and love how the dishes with egg come with a medium egg perfectly cooked.
Wings can be dry when overdone. Seasonings cost a bit extra but you can choose two for the large order.
This is still one of my favorite takeout places in the area, even after opening the dining room.
Pros: delicious Hawaiian BBQ, speedy takeout, great at adapting during the pandemic
Cons: limited parking spaces, better for takeout than dine-in
Got spam musubi and the ultimate combo, chicken beef cabbage two fried eggs smothered in gravy. Comes with two scoops of rice and macaroni salad. DELICIOUS and filling!!! You want a hearty filling delicious meal? Go here.
Highly recommend Waikikie BBQ and vegetarian friendly!! I called the restaurant before ordering through UberEats with some menu questions due to my vegetarian diet and they person on the phone was so patient, helpful, and kind with all my questions. So kind that I was willing to wait an hour for them to be available on Uber eats and ordered exactly what I called on the phone about!
They were so kind to leave a note and let me know the person I spoke to ALSO made my food! ❤️ The food was soooo good and I can’t wait to order from here again. Y’all have gained a loyal customer!
