This was one of the best meals I have had in a long time! The service was impeccable and the food was right on point. Because my appetite was compromised during Chemo I don't eat as much... I never finish a meal. I ate all my dinner and that says a lot about this meal and experience!! Roderick our waiter was incredible! Go and have a great meal!
My husband and I ate at Morton’s Steakhouse in Atlanta for our first time last night, and I must say the food and service was excellent. We both had the shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque, fillet mignon, mashed potatoes, lobster mac & cheese, and cream corn. The steak melt in our mouth, and the sides were delicious! Oh...and dessert was outstanding, we had the lemon soufflé for two. We will definitely be going back for more, we both loved it! Thank you Morton’s! 👍👍😊

You can find this location of Morton's at 303 Peachtree Center Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30303 at the base of Suntrust Plaza (this is across Baker Street from the Hyatt Regency) and a bit hard to see until you're right up on it. I have previously eaten at two other Morton's Steakhouses - first at the one that used to be in Buckhead and another time while in Chicago. Both previous experiences were quite good - I never revisited the Buckhead location due to its proximity to the Palm restaurant - also with Bones and Chops nearby it made for a hard choice. I ended up at this downtown location quite by accident while attending Dragon*Con. We were celebrating a birthday with a group of 17 people - calling around during that weekend was an impossible task however Morton's was able to take us right away - I think the overall price-point beyond most Dragon*Con revelers who tend to spend most of their money on alcohol or genre items while attending. We walked over from the Marriott and were seated immediately - they had set-up a long table with ample seating with only a 30 minute advance notice - quite nice.
Awesome that they stayed open for us! Meal was delicious, service was professional and polite, cost was high but worth it

Great experience! We almost didn't go to Morton's after reading the other reviews but I'm glad we did and felt that I needed to write a positive review. I have ate at Morton's in other cities and while good they were not as good as Atlanta. Everything from the service, to jumbo shrimp appetizer, to filets and finally our desserts of chocolate cake and creme brûlée were outstanding.
Warm & Welcoming. My husband and I walked from our downtown hotel a couple blks to Morton's at around 6:00. With no reservations, we were met with a warm and friendly welcome and was seated in a corner booth. Our server was quick to greet us with drink orders. When the menu was given to us. He described the cuts of steaks and showed the usual plate of steaks and fish. We were interested in a very small portion. He pulled business card sized cards from his pocket with the small plate special which wasn't on the menu - the one very similar to Ruth's Chris with steak & shrimp. Our dining experience was excellent. Yadi is to be commended for great 5 star service including giving me a lovely 5x7 photo of my husband and I since it was my birthday. One thing I recall about this Morton's as compared to the one in my hometown - it is a business location. Ours is more couples and families.
Great food, but overpriced. You can easily find better steaks at Chops or Capital Grill in Buckhead. Also, the restaurant is a bit cramped.
The food was phenomenal!! The crab cake appetizer was so soft not dry.. We got the cajun rib eye steak, gouda potatoes, and filet mignon. They have a very wide range of wines to choose from. I loved the Reisling. The creme brulee was so good at well.

I recently attended a business dinner here and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is spacious and elegant, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The menu offers a wide selection of drinks, food, and desserts, all of which are high quality and reasonably priced.
I started my meal with the lobster bisque, which was delicious. The soup was rich and flavorful, and the lobster was perfectly cooked. For my main course, I had the 8oz filet mignon with sautéed mushrooms, lobster mac and cheese, and sour cream mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly to my desired temperature and was incredibly tender and juicy. The lobster mac and cheese was also delicious, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful.
Overall, I was very impressed with my dining experience here. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great steak meal or a special occasion dining experience.

I attended this establishment on a Friday evening, I went to this location and with a last-minute 7 p.m. reservation. Despite having automobile issues and coming 45 minutes late, host Victoria was able to seat us. I had made the error of wearing a bespoke hoodie that was deemed "underdressed sports gear," but this helped me and my partner because we were seated in the "private" section of the restaurant. We were then served 10 minutes after we sat down, with complementary water and bread & butter. The bread was moist and ample. For our appetizer we had the crabcake which was juicy, meaty, and tasteful and paired well with the remoulade served with it. For the main course we had the lamb chops (medium well) & New York strip (medium rare) which were both amazing, seasoned well, & cooked to perfection with the meat being very tender, easy to chew, & the au ju adding more flavor. As well as the sides the Troy (sautéed mushrooms & onions) which was well seasoned & delicious as well as the lobster mac & cheese which was creamy, filling, & tasteful however I feel as though it could have been better. Lastly was the creme brûlée which was rich, creamy, and crunchy. Our server Gindy was pleasant, polite, as well as patient. We started with the crabcake, which was delicious, meaty, and flavorful, and it went well with the remoulade that was presented with it. Amazing Christmas dinner! My family decided we would go out for dinner this Christmas and we were glad that we decided on Morton's! The food was awesome and so were the drinks! We had the lamb chops, pork chops, crab cakes, and lobster mac and cheese. We all just kinda sampled each other's food but everything tasted great!!
My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary; we made reservations. They made us a special menu that had "Happy Anniversary" on it. The sides are sharable sizes and does not come with the entree, they are priced individually, and we had the Smoked Gouda Au Gratin potatoes...Delicious. The food was good & hot, our server was very nice, and the environment was elegant and warm. They gave us our dessert on the house for our anniversary. We enjoyed our 1st experience here! They are a bit pricey if that's a factor to anyone, so know before you go. The attire to wear is business dress attire.
Atmosphere and service are top notch. Food is above average. A little to much salt on the vegetables. Went there for a anniversary. Got some generic anniversary menu. No mention of the anniversary from the staff even though I put that in the reservation. I think for a anniversary at a steakhouse , Bones in Buckhead does a way better job. Check my review on Bones.
Wow. This was our first time here at Morton's. Heard lots of good things about the establishment. It was a busy Sunday night but we managed to get a table by the bar. We had ordered a couple for steaks with a side of onion rings. Prior to receiving the order, we got a massive bread roll with whipped butter. It was just incredible. The steaks were even better. Onion rings were cooked perfectly. Two thumbs up.
AMAZING PLACE. My boyfriend and I went for dinner and we were amazed by how delicious everything was. Our server was great too, he kept checking on us and making sure everything was on point, which it was! We were very happy with everything, definitely coming back here next time we’re in Atlanta! I was only able to take pictures of the truffle fries, but the Wagyu Beef meatballs, creamed spinach, filet mignon and the Cheesecake were so amazing too!! Great for a romantic date night!!
It was my first time and I can honestly say it was an awesome experience from start to finish! All of the staff members were pleasant and very welcoming, but honestly our waiter, Tim, took the cake! His service was superb!! I was there for a special birthday celebration and we couldn’t have asked for better experience. I don’t typically prefer steak, but I ordered The Morton’s Filet Oscar and it was just the right amount of flavorful deliciousness. Tasty food, a relaxing environment and remarkable service…to say the least, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! You won’t be disappointed, don’t forget to ask for Tim!
