What a perfect day! My husband picked the BEST dinner spot to wrap up our day. We went to True Food Kitchen which has not only fabulous food (every single item was delicious), but their menu is based on anti-inflammatory foods. What a concept! This Holistic Health & Nutrition foodie was beyond impressed! � We had full view of the kitchen, which was so impressive to watch and the service was best in class. Thank you to our server, Michelle and the Assistant General Manager, Kelly for making our experience an unforgettable one. You guys are top notch!! We can’t wait to come back to Buckhead for another visit so we can enjoy True Food Kitchen again!
Every time we visit the food and service is excellent. Last night was no different. Food was very good and pretty to boot! Our waiter Reggie was very attentive and even brought us a gluten free rhubarb crumb...just because! Can’t wait to visit next time!
I love the gluten free menu with fresh food option. Had the gluten free margherita pizza and it was so good with basil. Will come again! Also the drink options were yummy without the artificial sugars.
Even though it took a long time to get a seat overall the service was spectacular! I really enjoyed the food and my waiter gave me a free dessert and said it was on the house. He had awesome ideas and funny I hope to come here again sometime in the future.
The food is inventive and fabulous. It’s so hard to pick just one dish, so we order another meal to eat the next day while we are at the Convention.
The ambiance is always fun & lively. Wood decor is fantastic. Servers are always great. This is a must eat in Atlanta!
Love this place! Both indoors and outdoors have a very earthy feel to it, and totally worth the time and money. Love their Mediterranean salad personally, for its flavour crunch and healthy presentation.
Also, their Herb hummus is a winner. Tried their Cauliflower Soup which was extremely flavourful and pleasing to the palate. Totally recommend this place if you are looking for an outlet which makes food from scratch and gives plenty of healthy eating options with a great ambience and better environment. 10/10, definitely going to this place again and again.
Had the grilled fish tacos and a beer my wife had the tlt sandwich and my son had the ancient greens all was wonderful and delicious well worth the visit
Good place and creative menus. Love all the options and attentive service. Easy to find and the drinks options where attractive as well. Parking can be an issue but valet is close by.

The menu is extensive and markets to indicate gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. The menus note that the kitchen is not dedicated gluten-free, but when I let my waitress know she said she would inform the kitchen so that they would take extra precaution. I had the bison burger and it was great. They cooked it really well and use top quality produce. The servers that night were not very nice or attentive but the food was great.
One of my favorite chains. The Tuscan kale salad is my absolute favorite! Had the pomegranate fig mule - very light and refreshing! Finished with the Thai chili shrimp - excellent choice! Service was great and we got seated right away. I love the fresh choices this place provides!

My friends and I came here for lunch and we enjoyed most of the foods. We tried many of the dishes on the menu including the breakfast tower. We enjoyed most of what was on there. It’s a great way to try different dishes on the menu without ordering full portions. My kids enjoyed the steak and egg burritos and the pancakes. The green juice was also refreshing.
My experience here is always top notch. I often sit at the bar due to the super bubbly and attentive bartender, Ciara. My food is always fresh and tasty, and she makes the best recommendations. The drinks are also stellar. Everything comes out nice and quick and I’m never left waiting. Superb experience every time! 5 stars.
Our vegan family of 4 moved to the Atlanta area 2 years ago and True Food Kitchen has been on our list of restaurants we wanted to try for a long time. Tonight was finally the perfect occasion, after a beautiful day of biking on trails and building up a big appetite. We sat outside and our wonderful server, Alex, made some great suggestions and took our order quickly. We decided to order a variety of small plates and entrees so that we could all taste lots of different things. Highlights were the cauliflower appetizer with dates and pistachios, the mushroom/spinach pizza with lemon almond ricotta, and the vegan burger. Overall, this was one of the best meals we’ve had in Atlanta and we will definitely be back. I also really enjoyed trading vegan info with Alex who told us he has been vegan for 9 years and had lots of food/website/video recommendations for us. Fantastic experience!

Love this Location! Never a long wait, perfect staff and our waiter Rashad was on it. Food options were very well explained and served fresh to order. Highly recommend you try this place vegan or not they have options for everyone.

We went here for a lunch date and enjoyed ourselves. The food was fresh and flavorful. The waiters were upbeat and had a positive vibe. The peach tea is a must try.
We have walked by this place for 6 years and finally went in. Love the atmosphere and vibe. The waiter was fantastic and we were impressed with the menu. We ordered the watermelon salad appetizer, the portobello beet double burger and teriyaki bowl w/tofu. All we’re vegan and all we’re fantastic!! We will definitely be back.
The reviews speak for them shelf. Solid, inviting people throughout. My rainbow trout with Brussel spouts substituted for artichokes with arugula and lemon vinaigrette bon appétit!
Shockingly good!! All the food was delicious. The service was amazing — Gianni made great recommendations and was super friendly! 10/10 would recommend. Great vegetarian and gluten free options.
