It was cooked to perfection and the chicken was juicy. The only downside was they didn't have any biscuits and still charged us full price and didn't offer anything to replace them. I generally love their biscuits.

First time ordering through app, and didn’t realize I would need to go in to pick up order. Went through drive-thru, in which, I was the only one there. Was told by cashier I needed to come in, but that she would give it to me this time through window. Chicken was very good, fries, not so much. Because I would need to go into KFC to get my order, that was my last visit.
