Maybe the best bowl of chili I've ever had. Great gumbo and jambalaya. Lots of seafood choices. Good prices. Wide selection on the menu. Good honest food at good honest prices. Great milkshakes, too.

I found the perfect chowder here! Incredibly delicious with the perfect flavors and texture. Love this place. Awesome Mahi Mahi and friendly service too! :)

Charlie's is "Old Astoria". Order the clam chowder - ours was just full of extremely fresh cut up clans (not ground, not canned)! Only order a cup of chowder if you are ordering something else. Servings are ample. The decor is Island themed. There is a bar as well.
