This a very cute little cafe. The décor is very soothing. Seems like a nice place to hang out or for quiet reflection. They have seating in the back and an outdoor area for warmer weather. The staff are very friendly. The menu had some interesting items like the liquid nitrogen ice creams and assortment of acai bowls. The pastries and drinks are on the pricier end. I ordered a mille crepe cake $8 and an almond croissant $6. Both were delicious but a bit of a splurge. I will come back and try other items on the menu.
This is my first time in tea plus cafe. I gotta say it's a nice place to go to during a hot day. Their tea is great and they have a backyard for customers that wants to chill outside. Totally recommend it.
I came across this place after wandering around midtown in peak afternoon and being disappointed by the lack of clean, comfortable but cozy and zen cafes. This place was a breath of fresh air! The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by smoothing music that wasn't too loud. Open and light furniture, with touches of green and wood. A good mix between cozy couches, chairs and benches. They also have a lovely open space at the back with outdoor seating. That, with yummy açai bowls, kind service and free wi-fi makes Tea Plus Cafe a great choice!
This place is pretty nice. It has a very nice outdoor seating in the back. The drinks did take awhile to make but is understandable considering how every drink is made fresh with fresh ingredients like grapefruit. Overall, nice place to have a nice refreshing drink and chat with friends on a nice spring day outdoors.
For a place that focuses on tea, the coffee is excellent. The chocolate muffin was fresh and delicious, and the macarons are big enough to share. Great open atmosphere with spicy chi keeping the air fragrant. Lovely courtyard in the back with ample seating for 2-to-4 people.
It's small and cozy, and very welcoming. Love how the seating arrangement gives a different feel. You can sit looking out in the street, you can sit at a table for two or more, or you can be more comfortable and relaxed in their cozy chairs. It even has an outdoor seating in a garden. It's great to have a chat, do some reading or work, or just unwind.
Well, it's a beautiful cafe. Really bright and welcoming. They music that is very relaxing.
However, the tea is AMAZING!!!
Very carefully crafted, each item I've had has been top. They even have a garden! Please visit this place, you will enjoy it!

I'm not a fan of tea, so I ordered a smoothie while I visited with a group of people. Delicious and fresh, definitely would go again.
Wow... The atmosphere in this place is THE best i've seen in Astoria. Its a big, open, clean and drenched in sunlight. Every detail was thought out. White marble floors and sleek comfy chairs. They wide selection of teas and coffee. This is definitely a hidden gem. I never give reviews and was so impressed with this place I felt compelled.
Good experience, teas are great, wifi is inconsistent. Much of the food served seems as if it was bought at Costco. Great outdoor area.
I'm happy the cafe is constantly improving and now they are open every day. :)
