I've been meaning to come here for a long time and finally made it. Truly authentic brick oven pizza. Is all we came here for. Ne t time, I'll try the rest of the menu for sure. Pizzas were super yummy, and since we are in NY, pizza must be really good at all cost. And yes, we loved them. The service was good, and the location is very cozy. Def give it a try

One of my new favorite pizza places. You can share it or eat it by yourself! The ricotta appetizer was really good! We got 2 different pies and the broccolini . I guess to be healthy lol but I loved the pizza! Definitely worth trying.

I admit...I came here just to grab some oven baked pizza during a late and lazy Sunday afternoon.....however, the food was so tempting, so I ended up with not just a pizza (Cardie Sheen and Marky Marc are my cup of tea), but also with their delicious meatballs. Light and fluffy, tasty, in the light, and not too acidic, tomato sauce. Those are a must, believe me! The best ones I have tried recently, and I work in the Hospitality Industry. Thumbs up for that appetizer, no doubt, since I'm not a great fan of it, to be honest. Pizzas are oven baked, thin, rich enough, the service is not too pushy...but fast and consistent. I also had a great bottle of vermentino (a white wine grape variety that originates from Sardinia), the indigenous Italian type of grape which has been grown in Carneros, Sonoma Valley, in California. The winery is called RYME (after the couple of owners - Ryan and Megan). Dry, savory, stony wine, with a hint of almonds and sea salt, goes perfectly with a spicy food (my pizza had some habaneros). The restaurant has a nice wine list, although all of them are Made in USA. The girl that served me (I applogoize since I forgot to ask for her name) is a great example of a attentive hospitality worker. She impressed me in a certain way. This a small, but cozy local restaurant in Astoria, with a decent prices. Located on 31st Avenue, between 34th and 35th Street. I will definately come back, since it's a few steps from a place where I live. My strong recommendation if you like this type of food. P.S. Some small suggestions: please do not serve drinks (water and sodas) from plastic cups. I think this restaurant deserves better than that. This is my personal opinion though. And try to make your menu more attractive, it is quite boring at the first glance (it looks like a pamphlet) and not so inspiring for food ordering.

We had the ricotta, the s.t. the ghost pizza, and the squid ink pasta. I really like the bread that went with the ricotta. The pizza was also good (could have more honey but overall very good), and the pasta was nice

Had some really great pizza at Milkflower! The thin crust is *chefs kiss*. I am not a crust person usually but here I am. We got the Local 82 and S.T the Ghost. The Local 82 had an overall well balanced flavor with good quality meats. The Ghost’s cheese combo was fantastic, although I didn’t taste the honey at all. The place is intimate with nice mood lighting. Would be a great place for a date.
