The Mexican Hatch Green Chile Stew was absolutely amazing! I could have had a big bowl of that and nothing else and been perfectly happy. Service was really quick and seating was immediate on a Sunday around 2. There’s parking, so that’s a plus.
This is a review of the food truck that is parked at Olde London Road. We were taken here as part of a city tour and we couldn't be happier with the food. I forgot to take a pic of the chips and salsa but let's just say by the time I remembered there was none left. Service was friendly and fast and the food was delicious. We will definitely seek this place out again the next time we are in town!!!
One of the best restaurant experiences I've had since covid. I couldn't believe the procedures they had put in place to optimize safety. They do both take out and outdoor seating. The line was long but every party stayed on their designated circle, allowing for 6 feet (something I hadn't seen anyone actually do). There were one way arrows to navigate the dining area, and the picnic tables were way more that 6 feet apart! I got the baja fish taco which was delicious. I also got the nopales taco, which I never had before and was so good. I got the cactus fried and the other toppings were amazing. I would get 2 of those next time! Amazing experience and the staff were great. I will definitely be back.
OMG... I have found "THE BEST" tacos in Asheville!!! Ordering will be your 1st and only problem. Everything on the menu looks so yummy that it makes you want 1 of everything! As you will read in many of my reviews, my husband has an onion allergy. He also love love loves Guacamole. Because their recipe has onion, they brought him everything he needed to make his own... W/O ONION!!! Then there is dessert. Best Sopapilla I've had in a long time! Can't wait to go back and try more!
Zia Taqueria catered our wedding this October and I cannot recommend them enough! Robert Tipsword and his whole team were incredibly professional, energetic, responsive, and, best of all, made delicious food! Rob was amazing to work with and really went above and beyond to help us curate the best food spread for our guests and provided quality, reasonably priced food for our guests. If anyone is looking for a professional, reliable team to cater your event, I highly recommend Zia! Also, just in general, their restaurant in Asheville has an amazing set-up and great staff/service!
Seven of us went in for an early dinner and had torta, nachos, soup, enchiladas, the platter, and quesadillas. Everything was delicious; the complimentary chips and salsa was very good! The service was great and they were attentive; refilled our chips, salsa and drinks!

Enjoyed some great food here with excellent service.
Had the dinner platters with and they were basically do it yourself tacos with perfectly flavored meat. The beans were the best tasting black beans my friend has ever had. Plenty of outdoor seating with a few that are heated.

Long line, but tacos were very good. Very sanitary for Covid times. I had the fish taco, the carne asada and a pork taco. The carne asada was a bit tough, would have been better chopped. Other than that, all tacos were delicious and flavorful.
The covered outdoor seating was so nice and I felt very socially distant. The food was delicious and I'd say very reasonably priced. I got the house salad with pollo verde (stewed chicken) and my boyfriend got tacos (barbacoa and pollo verde). The chicken was just fall apart yummy. The meals came with chips and salsa which were also really good.
This was my first time eating here and was so pleasantly greeted by the attentive staff.. the spacious dining area also offered outside seating. The menu was easily explained as they offer protein options, which was very nice. The food is so fresh. I loved the mexislaw and the roasted veggie side! I’m hooked, and going to be a regular customer from now on! Thanks Zia!
