I love Nandos. It is not only great food but a taste of home and now that they are in Ballston - fantastic! Our family members who live down South family visit and insist on going to Nando's for a meal the day they arrive.
If you like your chargrilled chicken to be a little bit spicey then this place is for you. My absolute favorite are the spiced up macho peas - yum!
OMG!!! Love the chicken thigh - veggie kabobs and the squash-onion- cranberry side dish ... and the fries with Peri-peri mayo and the FAB Sangria!!! Mango-lime and med- hot are favorite marinades and the lemon herb sauce too!
This place has good ambience. We order the grilled chicken with rice and cauliflower sides. The chicken was perfectly grilled. You must try their sweet dish the cinnamon custard pie loved it.
The chicken is juicy and delicious. The garlic bread is buttery and wicked tasty (it’s on a Portuguese roll, so awesome). The fries are also super good. Highly recommended!
Also, on a COVID note, there are touchless options with ordering and the silverware is in separate sealed packages.
Unique chicken flavors & sauces. Great meals & side dishes. I prefer the boneless chicken breast option with garlic period sauce.
It was as good as I remembered it being. All the food was fresh and hot. The people were friendly and really good about helping us.

Kahder was phenomenal his work was exquisite and the mashed potatoes were mouth watering. His joyful aroma FLOODED the room. His pizazz was absolutely and entirely enchanting. Kahder was awesome and I hope you have him waiting on you.
