I have been going to Jose's restaurant since he started it up in the 80s. He has wonderful authetic Tex-Mex food i grew up with at home. We always come for the breakfast and lunch. He has a great menu for breakfast for weekends. The prices are especially good and no i don't find the food spicy, b/c i'm cannot eat overly hot spicy food anyway. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.
Good sit and eat. Service can vary between super good and painstakingly slow, but the food is hands down the best Mexican Cuisine in Arlington I'd argue. Atmosphere isn't much to write home about, but honestly, if you're coming here, you're coming in for good food.
Wait.... you mean authentic tex mex is spicy? LMAO
This place is a staple of Arlington. I've been coming here since the Casa Jose days. 30+ years of delicious food. From the morning after hangovers of yesteryear (and last week), to normal weekend mornings like today. The migas are my favorite, along with a couple of bean and cheese tacos to get your colon right again.
My co worker and i decided to try something new! And im not really down for mexican food but this food was great! Everything was good and the owner was really nice! And the wait was really quick i would definitely recommend this place!
Fresh, hot, and pleasant! Try not to eat the salsa unless you have water at the table. Delicious!
