Lindsay Paul Carter and I really enjoyed the spring rolls and curry at Bamboo! Great service too making a great flip to a long, long day. Mucho gracias:)
After two visits, we really like this place. The traditional chicken wing appetizer is so good. The beef pho is awesome. Spring rolls are good. Nice set up. Service is friendly.
Good. I've been to this place several times and I like it. My question is this....How does a Vietnamese restaurant end up on a Korean site?

Good stuff!!! We've eaten a lot of Vietnamese food in Arlington, and this was quite good. With a full bar and more upscale atmosphere, it makes for a nice night out. We ate the sampler appetizer platter, spring rolls, pho, and shaken beef. All very good with good service.
New! but not available for order. Voted Best Pho Restaurant in Arlington Texas by Arlington Citizen Journal (Fort Worth Star Telegram). Thanks to readers, fans, friends and EVERYONE.
Decided to give this place a try today based on the 94% likes from previous diners and we weren't disappointed. Very fresh, great flavor and nice spice. Service was also very prompt and friendly. Had two types of spring rolls, curry chicken and beef lemongrass vermicelli. All were delicious. We will be back.
Another great addition to the roster of top notch Vietnamese-rooted restaurants in south Arlington, to go with Pho 95 and BFF. so far, Bamboo is my favorite. Ownership has remodeled the space exquisitely; if the Pulidos would make the same investment on the opposite end of this old strip center it would redefine the property.
The torpedo shrimp are an excellent appetizer, but I usually focus on the spring rolls. The duck and mango is killer, and the lemongrass grilled beef rocks.
The pho is very good, but I usually go with the rice vermicelli bowls.
Well done.
Great Food. I tried the place and I havent stopped since. Try it once and I
Guarantee you'll come back for more. The menu is extensive Asian with many dish from Thai, Korea, Chinese, Japanese
Wow! good Vietnamese and creative asian fusion. Been here many times and mostly new thing every time. The Pho here is not the best according to many hardcore Vietnamese but like it because it has good broth, not very oily and easy on the aroma. Their springrolls are defintely the best, try grilled fish and you will know what I am talking about. If you like to venture out to other far east the try Pad Thai, Korean Japchae or Shaken Bulgogi.
Great place! The service was great and the food was delicious! Around Vietnamese new years time the owner even told us to come back and eat and he will give us a lucky money envelop.
