Went for lunch, can't beat the pricing in Orange County. I had the salmon sandwich which was really good. It was clean and the server was helpful when they were out of their regular fish and upgraded to salmon no extra charge. It was not crowded during lunch hour.
Great place for a quick burger before a movie. Even had a pool table and cornhole. Glad there was a good beer selection.
Food was great. Building feels historic and has a neat vibe to it. I enjoyed my visit.
I've been going to this restaurant for over 40 years, back when it was the old location with a gravel parking lot, a huge tree in the back, and a fire pit. Best burgers anywhere. It was known as World's Best, and that sums it up still. I've never had anything I didn't enjoy. I just recently tried one of their breakfasts, and it was great. Very casual atmosphere, plenty of room, and good food to enjoy with friends.
My new favorite place! Ordering and getting the food went quickly. Love the atmosphere and seating arrangements! So much great food for such a low price! I took my mom here for Mother's Day and they had cute little flower arrangements in little shot glasses that read "Happy Mother's Day" we both were only able to eat half of our food so we had 4 meals out of what they call 2 meals!

Morgan was great and attentive! My burger and fries were both amazing, tasted really fresh and not greasy! But my favorite part of this place is the openness of the windows and the oldies music! The atmosphere is very enjoyable!
I was honestly impressed with the diner style burger they served up for me. The cost is less than an equivalent McDonald's meal but so good! For as popular as in-n-out is across the street, I'm impressed with how vacant this place is. And they have boysenberry shakes/malts!!
In short if you don't need drive-through, Knowlwood is an excellent idea!
Knowlwood is a staple in Anaheim Hills, the food is almost always tasty (every restaurant has their off days). Restaurant us spacious and clean. It used to be a great place to take kids after their football/baseball etc games. The restaurant is now starting to brew their own beers, so I'm sure that will be a nice addition.
I have been coming here since it was under a big tree in a dirt lot. The food is always delicious. My guilty pleasure are the irish nachos. Occasionally they are light with the bacon bits but they are real bacon cooked crispy. They staff is helpful to newcomers and courteous. Another plus is the price goes with the quality and portions.
It was my 1st time and it won't be my last. Yes the wait was a bit longer than expected, but you cannot get mad because others enjoy their burgers. Perfect if your a big or small family. Highly recommended
