Our family are Panera fans. So we have visited many Panera shop. This one is one of the best. The manager here is so kind and attentive to customers. Kitchen staffs are also awesome. They kept asking and providing what my family needed. Than you.
Employees were cheerful and made sure they got the order correct. Ask about maybe wanting aaditonal items without being pushy. Service was quick and food was fresh and flavorful. Not crowded or noisy.
Always love eating at Panera and this one didn't make any mistakes like the few others I've been to. Everything was made just the way I wanted and was made quickly too. Parking isn't great but the restaurant is very nice on the inside. Lemonade is good. Lots of seating with outlets on the floor.
This Panera is on point. We went twice in a weekend. Orders were timely and correct, food was good and staff was friendly. Exactly how a panera should be run.
Update for COVID 19 - there is social distancing inside. And they added more patio space. The patio is awesome.
Clean, spacious establishment with excellent customer service and large tables for group dinning/meeting or small cubicles for individuals, good for getting a quick bite or relaxing with a hot cup of coffee. It has a modern cafe-eatery hybrid ambiance like Starbucks but with extensive dinning options and table service like a restaurant, including a fireplace! The only drawbacks to this place are the tight, small parking lot with limited spaces and the conspicuous location hidden behind a large apartment complex away from an otherwise busy expressway junction. Otherwise, definitely one of my favorite local coffee caves!
