I was having a sickly day and ordered delivery via ubereats (eats-ubercheang if you want $10 off!) and bon vivant is the only place that has incredibly fresh food and plain beef broth! It was amazing for my sore throat. We have no pho delivery options in the area so that was a God send. The beef platter was so tender and refreshing, the lasagna tasted freshly home made. All the beef is grass fed; happy cow is tasty cow.
We met friends for dinner here tonight and loved it! Everything tastes so fresh, the kids Mac & cheese is a (delicious) huge portion and my daughter stayed in the playroom almost the whole time! Hidden gem for parents! I had the beet salad and it was delicious!
Good. Nice casual atmosphere, low key. Definitely will return to try more stuff. The veggie lasagna was really tasty, only complaint was a little bit too cheesy. But that's hardly something you can complain about with lasagna. My wife had a salmon salad, and I had beet salad. I wanted the dressing to have a little more flavor. But everything was fresh, and pretty, and tasty.
Other reviews mentioned the child room, which was right behind or table. Our kids are past that stage, but I remember when that would have been nice.
The dishes were many from Ingredients brought from local farms. fresh yet rich. you can taste mushrooms in the mushroom soup. this cafe also offers foods for people with allergies and dietary restrictions. handcrafted chocolates are also being sold here.
Food was delicious Inhad one of there Bacon quiche. It was delicious . I also tried their hot chocolate it was decent. They have several seats and also a playroom.
Came in on a Friday for our first time. cashier was friendly in making suggestions. We ordered a lot of food for 2 people excited to try it all. After 30 min we checked on our food (no one else had ordered since) and they hadn’t started making it. We reviewed the order on the register and apparently the cashier had forgotten our pumpkin soup and the entire order hadn’t gone to the kitchen.
We were asked to pay the additional $8 for the forgotten soup. Even after waiting the 30 minutes already.
We waited another 5 minutes for our food. And it was great. Disappointed with the time but that pumpkin soup was amazing

Cute location, friendly staff, good coffee, but mediocre and pricey food. My mini quiche and potatoes were rubbery and not very flavorful.

Quaint spot for relatively healthy eats. Not much for vegetarian or vegan diets, but a few vegetarian choices are available (most with cheese). Ate the California bowl without the cheese.
