What can I say about Tango Pastry? It' s like been walking down Buenos Aires and enjoying the smell from the street of the panaderias baking facturas ,but in Alexandria.
Sandra the owner has all the Argentinian original recipes that she carefully trained to her crew that delivers the best customer service!

Refreshing cafe tucked away cozily in a Days Inn. New ownership has reimagined the interior and added a patio with shaded seating. The interior has seating as well, is very welcoming, and has a cool relaxing feel to it. The current owner (Mr. Katriel Menedez) is a trained Argentian chef who has reformatted the menu with savory dishes and delicious sweets in addition to espresso drinks. Tango historically served Argentian fare and was quite good but Mr. Menendez is truly building something special.
The Argentian pizza was surprisingly light and very delicious/flavorful, the empanadas contained well seasoned meat and were wrapped in delectable pastry, and the steak sandwich was bedded in a large home made roll and accompanied by two sunny side up eggs. The pastries are light and sweet. Anything they make with Dulce de leche is great! Staff including Mr. Menendez are warm and welcoming. I look forward to going back every time I leave.
Honestly love the food here, I have been coming here for months and it never disappoints. Real authentic Argentinian food❤️❤️❤️
Hands down the best pastries I’ve ever had in my life! For this to be the first time me trying Argentinian pastries they really set a bar that I personally feel like can’t be topped no where else .from the customer service to the delicious treats I will always be a returning customer , can’t wait to try the empanadas!
Great place for no frills pastries and empanadas. I've also gotten some sandwiches which are large and tasty. During my last visit I ordered a large box of empanadas and pastries to share with a group and I wish I ordered more! They were gone in minutes. I will be back, but increasing my order!
Delicious espresso, pastries, and OH MY GOODNESS THE EMPANADAS!!! 🤤 Charming atmosphere, very nice service from the smiling staff.
Everything was excellent! We had the cappuccino, sándwiches de miga, empanadas, alfajores and facturas, all amazing! The service was also very good. Definitely recommend!
