Not often, do you see people leaving positive reviews? But the food was excellent, but what really did Made the meal was the professionalism of the driver. This guy jarred is hands down the epitome of the gold standard of what an employee should be ! ! ! ! Not only has He won awards for his professionalism. But he wears them proudly and he should ! ! ! Not only did I leave him a $100 tip. But I won't order from this store. Unless hes delivering it, you better hope he doesn't leave your store. Or you're gonna lose a customer? And to the female who delivered right after him. I got it all on video b!tch, you're going down. I've already contacted the corporate office and I've contacted legal. I might even take it to court. Delicious dominos pizza. “Update February 4th 2023” They “wowed” me tonight. They messed up a little on my order and made it great by following what they train their employees! Thank you guys so much! That made my night and I want to point out that the employees here deserve some recognition!
Yesterday we came in and ate dinner in the lobby. While we were leaving, my nonverbal toddler was desperately waving goodbye. When I was verbalizing for him (bye bye! Ok, byeee), the entire staff happily turned, waved, and told him bye bye. It was just really kind and I really appreciated it.
Very happy with this Dominos! The people here work hard and try their best despite the shortage of workers right now since no one wants to work like normal people. I did have to wait, but my pizza was great. I hope the owner is giving them bonuses and gifts for their efforts. The new manager was very accommodating. Thank you! 👏👏👏
Thank you Domino's! Placed my order and it took less than 15 minutes for the driver to leave the store to deliver it! Everything was so good!
My mom and I were having a case of quarantine food blahs and decided on a pizza. I pretty much lived on Domino's (the early iteration) during college, so I knew it was a pretty reliable choice. I went to the website and ordered two pizzas in no time at all. From the time of ordering to delivery was not even 45 minutes! The pizzas (1 veg and 1 cheese) were amazing! My mom even loved them, and she does not love anything she eats! They arrived still right-out-of-the-oven-hot and the crust was perfect- thin and crunchy. The toppings were plentiful and juicy- no dryness in either one. Pizza is probably my favorite food of all, and I have been trying different places since moving here and have found one or two that are really good. I will add this Domino's to my top 2 list. Thanks for fast and fresh service and for a great break from the fridge!
People and pizza are great, timing is balanced as well. However, I placed an order for the sweet bacon BBQ chicken. I paid for it in full and they told it would take 45 minutes to one hour. I was cool with that, when the hour ended, I called and asked where my delivery was. I felt concerned, thinking that the driver may have taken a longer route or went had the wrong address. I continued to call but I didn't get no answer. Later, I've come to find out that they didn't log my order, I actually paid for nothing. I paid for a meal that I didn't enjoy, I'm not upset with the employees, I'm upset with the entire situation. I'm getting my money back but I went to bed feeling hungry. So yeah that really sucked.
Saul was extremely friendly, called in our order was immediately explained there was a long deliver time so we elected to come in to just pick it up..even after hearing him being threaten by another patron on the phone he was cordial and very helpful. You've got a great employee in him! Will definitely be back, not only for the food but for his service.
