I most enthusiastically recommend owner/stylist Gerhardt to any and all. People absolutely love my hair and it’s a rare day that I don’t receive a compliment on it. Aside from keeping me looking good, I enjoy my time in Gerhardt’s salon and in his chair. Great conversation, great vibes, and great music.

Wonderful atmosphere and service. The chairs are set up in a way that affords a bit more privacy than a row of chairs and mirrors. They had at least one pet dog roaming around but it was entirely a positive addition.
Regarding the cut, was clean and what I asked for. Quick enough to do over lunch but long enough for a good haircut. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good moderate price, high quality hair studio.
Gerhardt cut my hair recently and it was a great experience! Conversation was fun and the haircut was exactly what I had in mind. He listened to what I wanted and totally respected that I was looking for a style that would be low maintenance for me after walking out of the salon. Clean and cozy. After years of great cuts, I'm happy to give a solid endorsement for Chase. She's honest and intuitive- which means the world when it comes to making people feel good about the way they look. She has helped me make the most of a thick head of hair I've never known what to do with, and she does it in a way that seems effortless for both of us. Gerhardt is the best hair stylist! He is so good with color, that people no longer realize I highlight/color my hair. He manages to make my hair look great and the company is enjoyable as well!

I trust Gerhardt like no other - a devoted client of 10+ years. I'm stopped so often, by women asking me about my hair, I now carry Gerhardt's cards in my purse. He is experienced and ever current. A master of cut and color, especially blonde. June 2014, he took me from bra strap length hair to a pixie. I've had zero regrets. Gerhardt's aesthetic is spot on - he will tell you if something isn't right for your coloring or face shape. Trust him. Gerhardt's honest and uber talented. It is a treat to sit in his chair. Anchor + Frame is a beautiful space designed and constructed by Gerhardt as well.
