Our maintenance team is is the BEST! They are extremely helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. They definitely work hard! I can appreciate that I can trust these men as if they are family!

I love Albuquerque. It's my hometown. Usually, I've lived or grew up in the south valley then moved to the westside when I was in high school, then after that lots of places, but this is where I ended up for now and I really like the place. The management is super nice and friendly. We just got new keys for the building, which is awesome. And they're pet friendly with free doggy bags. And most tenants pick up after their animal, which is nice. Neighbors are nice too. I can dig it.
The place is pretty cool! I love the manager there, Jesse. She is very friendly and does her best to work with you. There is some noise after all it is an apartment. A bit of advice, don't get an apartment facing Central, it is crazy loud. I like that I had a washer and dryer and the super convenient downtown location. Overall a good spot!

First and foremost the apartment manager Jessie is awesome. She was always there to answer any questions I had, and was quick to respond to any problems or concerns. The complex is very nicely maintained and the grounds are always kept in top shape. My apartment was on the first floor, so the floor was made out of pretty cool looking concrete. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus considering how run down a lot of laundry facilities are in the ABQ area. The location is prime, just a few blocks from the bar scene downtown as well as a lot of good places to eat and probably 10 minutes from UNM. I felt pretty safe living here, which is another plus given how sketchy ABQ can be at times.
The only downside to living here was the thinness of the walls. I could hear music from my neighbor upstairs and beside me at times. It was never really bothersome, but it is something to point out. For those that said parking was a pain, that just isn't true. You may have to walk half a block or so, but I always parked without a problem.
All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment to live in downtown.

I lived at Silver Moon Lodge for a little over 2 years. I started my time there on the 2nd floor facing Park St- which I loved because 9 times out of 10 I parked in a spot visible from my apartment and it was always so easy to get in and out. I moved to a huge apartment on the 4th floor facing Central about a year in. My favorite thing about living at SML was the community of residents and employees. Residents are always saying hello to each other or hanging out at one of the lounge areas in the building. And the office gals, Jessie and Antoinette, throw get togethers in the club house every few months so you get to have a good time, eat some good food, (usually) enter a drawing to win a prize, and meet your neighbors. Everyone from the office manager to maintenance were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Jessie and Antoinette are sweethearts and always make it a point to make sure everything is going well for you, and if you have any problems they make sure someone takes care of any maintenance issue or whatever needs to be fixed. That being said, the maintenance guys at SML are great. They know what they're doing and are always so friendly and helpful. If i hadn't moved back to Texas, I'd still be living happily at Silver Moon Lodge. Thank you Jessie, Antoinette, and the whole team for a wonder, zen, and happy 2 years in downtown Albuquerque!

The new management is amazing! Zena and Samantha are hard working, super friendly and get work orders taken care of right away when things need to be fixed.
Just moved in on the 1st of April and I must say I love the place. The office staff is wonderful. Hope to be here for a very long time
