Service is unfriendly does not greet you when you walk in or leave for being a small place, but the shaved iced is always satisfying, the creme brulee BRM is very good

Chilly and delicious!. The menu, while a bit overwhelming with delicious flavor choices, had some great options - who knew shaved ice could be more than just that? You can flavor your sodas with any one or a combination of flavored syrups, you can order coffee drinks, hot or cold, order a smoothie or even fresh fruit with toppings. Try the Bahama Rama Mama style - which is a generous scoop of premium ice cream topped with flavored sno and finished off with a drizzle of Tropic Creme. We had the Bahama Rama Mama's, one Toasted Coconut, and the other Sugar Cookie with a sprinkle of Cinnamon Sugar. They were great! Fluffy, creamy and cold! We enjoyed our shaved ice with the "mood spoons" (plastic spoons that change color with heat/cold) and we will be back in the summer!
Loved it!!!. Never had heard of this place before. The texture of the "snow" is perfect. Choice of flavors is almost unbelievable, I think there were 70! A nice offering of sugar free flavors as well. Try it and you will be hooked.
Flavor!. This is the best shaved ice product that I have had. The ice is the perfect texture. The flavors are delicious-and, there is plenty. Favorites are super-sour raspberry and lime!

The blonde employee named Dylan did an absolutely amazing job with my shaved ice! His smoothies are also really good and he is really nice to customers whenever I see him here! Great service, great products :)
Delicious love that when you pay for ice cream they fill a quarter of the cup depending on size not like konah ice on Carlisle who only puts a scoop. Tasty shaved ice flavors and I always go back unafraid of a mess up order.
They do a great job but are understaffed, and the wait time is obsurdly long.
I LOVE this place!! I have my own snowcone machine because of how much I love snow cones. But this place tops every snowcone I have ever had. You really can't make a bad choice here. The service is friendly and quick and the product is impecable!! I highly recommend the unicorn 🦄 or the strawberry 🍓🎂 shortcake for sweet and creamy deliciousness and the mangonada 🥭🌶 if you like a little bit of sweet and spicy! It's so good I literally drive 1 hr each way just for the treat, at least twice a month. Don't miss out, try some Bahama Bucks!!! You won't regret it. 🤤😋
Nice place to stop for a sweet treat in the middle of the summer and in the middle of a desert. Enjoy !

If you've experienced (and loved) amazingly smooth snow cones like the ones in New Orleans, you'll be very excited about this place. Smooth ice (not gritty/crunchy) is absolutely key to a good snow cone. They have great flavors and cool decorations for the kids. They also have custom sodas and smoothies.
Really tasty and refreshing on a hot day. As of early June 2021, you can only order through the drive-thru. Not a big deal, they were kind about it. Definitely recommend for a quick (somewhat pricey) treat! Great with kids, but I can imagine it getting messy very quickly! Get extra napkins and enjoy.
