I really enjoyed eating at this place, the breakfast burritos are totally worth it. For the price paid, it was great, and the smothered Chile was even better. If I had any complaints it would be that it's sort of a small place. We sat outside to eat, however it worked out, because of the fantastic weather. When eating outside we were carrying a discussion, and I found myself getting distracted a lot, because the sound of the cars driving by, and also looking at the passing vehicles. However the food more than made up for all of it, I can't wait to return. I'm excited to bring my family by, finally there's another place other than Wecks to go to in Albuquerque.

We eat at Tia Betty Blue's between 2-4 times per week, if they were open for dinner I'm sure that number would be doubled. We are a family of four with incredibly different taste buds and Tia Betty's is our go-to to please all of us! I haven't eaten a red chile in New Mexico that I think is better and the taco sampler is out of this world! My kids are addicted to the atole and I have to admit starting my day with an apple ginger mint tea makes the whole day better! Staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to insure satisfaction. Love this place so much I could go on all day! :)

This place is amazing! You know how you think a burrito isn't enough. It's so much. It's more than enough. It takes 2. It's crazy huge and very tasty. The red is better in my opinion but the green is nice and hot. The waffles aren't as tasty as Tia B waffeleria. But they give you a ton more fruit and that's awesome. If you're hungry I suggest this location instead.

You would think New Mexican food would be delicious. This place far surpassed the bar of deliciousness. So so so so good. The waffle was probably the best waffle I have ever had. It was made of a blue corn batter and I'm never going back to normal batter. Ever. They also make in house whipped cream (I had the lavendar flavour - I am now deceased). The tacos were amazing as well. Amazing work to the cooks and employees. Thank you!!!

Chile was really good. Green Chile had a nice bite to it. Burritos were HUGE. Papas were cooked to perfection. Calabacitas were cold and didn't have any seasoning. Friendly staff.

Enjoyed the breakfast burrito and the Frito pie was also amazing. The red chili is very flavorful and the green had a little kick but was also very flavorful. I had iced tea which was fresh brewed and the chai tea was really good as well! Service was phenomenal! Will definitely go back again!!

Good place to try. Their blue corn waffles are so good. I also really liked their sausage too. The French toast was yummy. We got there a bit late so they were already running out of supplies like the whipped cream for our waffles & French toast, but they were still packed with people. We didn't have to wait long for a table though. This place does not have table order service. You walk in and place your order at the register and they give you a number. They will bring your food to the table though. The food the people had sitting next to us look good too, so now we're going to have to go back to try something else. I would recommend giving this place a try but come early. If you read my review, please hit the like button. Thank you.

I had the bacon stuffed waffles and sampler tacos. Everything was really good, and the tacos especially were stuffed. Rhe bacon was perfectly cooked - not so crispy as to turn into pebbles as you're eating the waffles. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Can’t go wrong with this place! The food is fresh and tasty. The service is great. The prices are wonderful. You owe yourself a visit to Tia Betty Blues when you’re in Albuquerque. Authentic New Mexican food as well.

A gem! Very good red chili. Traditional New Mexican food elevated to perfection. Fresh, home made. They make like going to Tia’s. Staff treat everyone like family, inviting, friendly and warm. Kitchen and dining areas immaculate! And they do take out!

Excellent hole in the wall. Busy Sunday so service was a bit slow. Food was all excellent. Eggs, waffles, enchiladas were all delicious. Green Chile sauce has a great kick. Small place so not a ton of room to sit. I would try to get there early on a weekend. Will definitely return.

Omg, this place is amazing. The burrito is big enough to share and the blue waffles are a must try!
