It’s like stepping into 1958, old-school service and attitude, great food and best pie for a couple hundred miles.
There is nothing like breakfast at village inn in Albuquerque. The green chili soup is delicious!! Come here once a year for a week and this is where we have a majority of our meals.
Our server Chris was spectacular. He really made us feel welcome. I have been in Albuquerque for the past 5 days and this was the last and BEST meal I've had out here. I wish I went here every night, I would have enjoyed Albuquerque more. It is a crime that there isn't a Village Inn out in PA, if there was I'd pack up Chris and take him home with us.
The best of the best 👌 from breakfast to the pies 🥧 the service is amazing atmosphere clean so if your looking for some delicious food to eat this is it keep up the great work Village Inn 😎🤘🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I got the Ruben. The Rubin was delicious and hot. Side of seasoned fries were good but cold. I didn't have the heart to tell em. Guess leaving half the fries was a sign maybe? Finished off with a slice of Country Apple Pie. Served cold but I asked that it be warmed up this time. It was delicious as well. Not a bad spot next to my hotel.
Facilities were nice and clean. The server was pleasant. Chips and salsa were basic with store bought chips. My husband had the double bacon and cheese burger with crinkle fries. The burger was a little dry. I had the grilled chicken Cobb salad. The salad was fresh and crispy. I enjoyed the goodies in the salad...lettuce, carrots, tomato, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, Bleu cheese crumbles, and hard boiled eggs.
Just a few blocks walk from my hotel, I decided to give this place a shot. (It was here, or the "Awful Waffle" just down the street). Leah, my server, did an amazing job. The music was a good mix, some 70s channel or something on Sirius. I got the VIB breakfast plus one item. Totally worth it. The house made sausage patty had excellent flavor...just like Gramma used to make. The French toast was excellent, as were the pancakes. Here in Albuquerque for the week with Fox Sports for the game on Friday and thinking when the rest of the crew will enjoy this as well. Downloaded the Village Inn app while sitting there and got $10 off my meal. Not a bad deal. I would recommend.
Enjoyed dinner at this VI location. Convenient to the Albuquerque Sunport, and several hotels.
We arrived a bit early for dinner and the dining room had lots of room. The pies in the display case looked tempting, but we abstained. Dinner was the potroast and a chicken pot pie. The pot pie is not on the menu and is available upon request and only while supplies last. Both were very good. Service was friendly and fast enough. The two of us ate for $30. Parking is plentiful, off-street, and surrounds the restaurant. The restrooms are adequate.
The food was excellent. The service was timely and courteous. Ample parking. Reasonable price. What made the atmosphere relaxing is the softer music. Not blaring like so many other establishments.
Friendly and helpful staff, good food with something for everyone.
Visiting from El Paso. We had an amazing experience. As soon as we walked in the crew was very helpful they got us tables for 6 adults and 4 kids. The food was amazing. I had the breakfast smoothered burrito. The red Chile sauce is super spicy.
I stopped in here after dropping my son off at the Sunport. I was greeted upon my arrival by the hostess and promptly seated. Coffee and water was brought out and I ordered biscuits and gravy with sausage. A side order of eggs over easy was included. The gravy a little sparse, but not objectionable. Overall a good experience, will probably stop here again when coming from the Sunport.
