It's a wonderful place to have a lovely dinner or lunch-terrific menu that's not classically French (shrimp risotto?!?-it was fantastic) but still delicious! Great staff who are happy to see you, and a solid wine and dessert menu.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day celebration and it was a lovely day to be sitting outside, like being in Paris. There were 12 adults and two children having a delicious meal. The food was excellent and each of us had a different dish. The waitress was very attentive to our needs., Price wise it was in the medium range. The cook and owner is French and he is an excellent cook. We really enjoy going to Rendez-Vous for a family gathering and this is our second year going there to celebrate Mother's Day. We highly recommend Rendez-Vous Cafe Bistro. We hope you can stop by and experience the French cuisine located in Albany.
