Ericka was absolutely amazing. I had fast and friendly service. My food was hot and fresh, and the drinks even better! Make sure you ask for Ericka when you go to Outback!

One of the better experiences I've had in a long time. Our server's name was Quinn and she was superb. Since the pandemic, haven't had many good customer service encounters. This one by far was exceptional.🥰 That girl needs a raise😀😀 Ask for Quinn when you go to the restaurant in Albany, you won't be disappointed!!!!
Our Waiter was fantastic. He name is Johnny. He made our experience exceptional. Took take of all our needs. Loved it when he kept calling my mother in law MOM. Very touching also wished us an Earl Mother's Day. Will be back because of Mr. Johnny. Highly recommend this place
Restaurant was kind of busy so we were skeptical about saying since we were really hungry. Our server was the absolute best. Rick had many tables, but was still able to take our order, get our food to us in a timely manner, and entertain all while remaining professional. We will definitely be back to see Rick!!
Dined in for lunch today and had the please of being served by Ericka! Amazing service, very pleasant and patient. She made sure to address the table before even coming over to take our drink orders, she was attentive and overall just an awesome server. I recommend sitting in her section when she’s available.
My server Rick took customer service to the next level. I saw that he had multiple tables and was still able to keep us serviced and entertained. He even managed to get my baby to say his first words “Rick!!” We will definitely be back to see him
