We did the drivethru as it was busy and dining room full. Our order was spicy chicken sandwich with fries and fried chicken salad w 2 lemonade. Chicken on sandwich wasn't spicy but was a huge thick portion of chicken so it was overlooked,.. my salad was supposed to have fried chicken but was given grilled (ya' know think i like the grilled better!!) Our lemonades were awesome.. so good, i could have drank a whole gallon myself- Definitely enjoyed lunch even w minor adjustments! Will be back soon-

Food was good service in zaxbys in Albany Ga is still suffering from the closures during covid. Service is slow and workers act like they hate their jobs or working because the company needs them not them needing a job. So sad to see.

Good flavor, good price and great service Ordered online. Food ready when I arrived Food bit prepared to order Look at 🧾 Ordered Hot, Honey Mustard on the first fingers. Don't see any. Just sayin'
