So fast that I like to give them 5 stars for being so fast with the food. But then they do never toast the bagel good enough. Love DD, love that it is everywhere.
Get these people more help, one girl working the counter and countless online orders as well as people waiting in line. The people that work here need more than one person working 5-close they are always busy.

Only Dunkin donuts in the area that does not burn your order.
They always make your food in a reasonable amount of time and I've never had my order screwed up. It can be busy sometimes and is kind of hard to hear. But overall it's 100% worth it!
There is always a line but it moves quickly. The customer service is top shelf at the Madison Ave. location in Albany. Also the cashier service there is exceptional,particularly with the numbers that are always coming in. The variety of sweets and breakfast are always fresh,and you are certainly welcomed once you walk in the door. Its the place to go for a quick fresh,hot breakfast.
I only give 4 stars because it took the employee about 10 minutes to make a very simple drink. I understand she was training someone at the time, and having worked for Dunkin myself, I know how crucial that is. Still shouldn't have taken that long to complete a simple order. Otherwise, the place was very clean and the staff was pleasant.
