I order 3 breakfast and 3 lunches each week to have when I'm at work and it makes my life SO much easier. I don't have to scramble and cook every meal for the week on Sundays anymore, and I don't need to think about it in the morning before work. I just throw it in my bag and I'm on my way. Also I loveeee the coconut curry soup! By far the best one of the best soups I've ever had!
Pad Thai Spaghetti squash noodles were delicious! They were able to accommodate me and make them vegan as well! Very generous portion too!
These meals are seriously delicious. And they’re good for you! Chris and his team put their heart and soul into their product. And it shows! Gluten free and I believe in most cases dairy free, these meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as desserts, are perfect for busy professionals who don’t always have the time to prepare. Bravo!
I have been ordering from Healing Meals for two years. The food is excellent, customer service is superb, and the prices are reasonable. Chris and his team do an excellent job providing healthy, tasty, nutritious meals to busy adults. I also like that Chris tries new recipes and expands the menu. Any time I’ve had a snafu with my order, they quickly remedy the issue. I have had a great experience with them for two years and can’t more highly recommend them.

My husband and I had the chicken pot pie last night - it was EXCELLENT! So delicious! You would never guess it was gluten and dairy free! The crust was absolutely wonderful, it was seasoned just right and smelled so good as it was baking! Mmmmmm good!!! We are so glad to see this item is now on the menu regularly!! It’s ONE of our favorites!

This is my new most favorite place! I order about 6 meals and a few soups each week and I am good for the week spending about 1/4 of what I would spend at the market and not nearly as healthy. Everything is very healthy and tastes amazing! My favorite is the Chickpea Coconut Curry soup and the Yoga Bowls! I almost always seem to get two servings out of each dish too - very generous portions!
Wish there were more than 5 stars to give this place! Best meal prep company in the capital district. I have tried several companies in the past and The Healing Meals brings the best of both worlds to the table with their affordable and AMAZING tasting meals. NOT to mention all of their meals are GF and most dairy free! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great tasting healthy options! Thank you Healing Meals!!

Had Healing Meals cater my work holiday party and it was amazing! Let me pick whatever menu I wanted (Tacos from Around the World + some app dishes). Everything turned out so well, got high marks from all my coworkers, even the picky ones!
