Owner and upper management have reached out to me and made right what has been done wrong. They are sincerely sorry for my experience and are fiercely working to ensure this does not happen again by training and problem solving with their managers. I was able to get to the bottom of the charges made to my card and everything. I love love pizza Bella in West gate and will continue to be a customer. 😊😇
I have ordered only 3 times from Golden and at extremely late hours for this old man, each time the delivery "cross town" if you wanna call it that (Wolf area to Guilderland area) arrived on time and still warm. And on top, the food is great, delicious, surprising actually. I have always been hesitant on places that have too large of a menu. 3 times, each was excellent.
Very delicious food served hot. I just had the buffalo chicken pizza and garlic parm wings and they were the best around the staff were also very warm and friendly! I am a repeat customer and will definitely keep coming back :)
just ordered from here while passing through and it was so good I had to immediately leave a review. we got the pepperoni roll and the bbq chicken roll and they were so delicious, so cheesy and garlicky. highly recommend.
I have been coming here for over 2 years and it's always been valuable experiences on top of the quality food. Bilal who works here has gone out of his way to make sure this is what I get along with any other customers that have come in from what I have seen. This is just my opinion and I recommend you check it out the location if you are able and not just get the delivery experience.
