Have literally never had a bad pizza from here

As much as I like the pizza I’m tired of the games they play for delivery. I live under 4 miles away from this location and however the manager on staff feels that day is whether or not I get it delivered. However, the place NEXT door (Pyramid Pizza) delivers every time. EVERY TIME. This past attempt to get dinner, I am on a self quarantine due to the pandemic we are all facing and they STILL refused to deliver. This is the worst customer service for. DELIVERY restaurant. Terrible. Very disappointed. And I’m saddened that this won’t even matter. I’ve left a message on their website. Let’s see how concerned they really are. If I could give “0” stars I would. I’ve had it with this place. Update, in less than 24 hours since leaving the review the manager Sergio called me to apologize and rectify the problem. The Monday following I also received an email from Michelle from their corporate office. They’ve heard my concerns and have promised to make sure I get delivery service. 1 week following these interactions I ordered again and they gave me zero problems with delivery and didn’t question my location. Thank you for hearing me out and correcting the service issue with me. I’ve changed my review status back to 5 stars. Communication and commitment to your customers are key ingredients. Thank you.

Pizzas too small for $5 they should be bigger at the concerts in a park

I ordered a large deep dish pizza with black olives and crumbled sausage through their delivery. What i received was a pie. A Pizza PIE. This PIE happened to be one of the best things i have ever eaten and i am 61. This is NOT chain pizza. This is a pie made in heaven. Pure awesomeness. If we had this in my State of Texas we would be so happy. Thank You!
