Came here with the Mrs and MIL today for lunch.
Kimberly was our waitress and she was great.
The biscuits and gravy were very good. The hot meat loaf was great As well.
Simply a great place here in Aberdeen. Recommend you stop in!
Awesome host! It’s a busy happening place… You get good quality food, fast service. Host took us to our table and asked what we like to drink, we both had coffee. He gave us our coffee as we waited for a waitress. Ordered our food and within 7-mins hot and fresh on our table… best eggs Benedict I ever had..excellent breakfast
Ordered the "all-you-can-eat" fish and shrimp Friday night. The deep fried North Atlantic Cod had a crisp batter that tasted similar to a beer batter, and yummy! The crispy fried shrimp was perfect, not overcooked. For dessert, the genuine Southern Pecan pie, paired with the cinnamon ice cream was an excellent finish to a great meal. We were served within 15-20 minutes, without a reservation, and the entire staff chatted with us (we're from out of state), and made a most memorable evening meal even more fabulous. Highly recommend this restaurant, and most certainly will stop again next time we're in Aberdeen.
Always friendly, fast and attentive service. The biscuits and gravy are amazing. The tomato soup at Millstone is to die for. We were here tonight. Our service was amazing as usual. What stood out to me was the amazing customer service provided to a different table. A table of four arrived a little after us. They were sat right behind us. As we were enjoying our meal we constantly heard them complain about everything. One of them went as far as making a condescending comment to the waiter. The waiter remained cool, calm and collected and kept serving with the same awesome friendly service he had prior. I commend that waiter because although those people were just difficult customers.. he remained cool and continued doing his job phenomenally. Millstone is a great spot to go to if you’re new in town. They will make you feel welcomed.
Never had a bad meal served to me at the Milstone. Bill is very knowledgeable regarding greeting customers. Makes it a concerned effort to greet each and every customer. Even with inadequate staffing, (he could hire 12-15 new employees right now) he makes sure busboys have tables cleared and cleaned or he is bussing the tables himself. Something other places rely upon their staff to perform. He is cleaning, mowing, cooking...you name, he does it....his staff is very polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and like Biil, they know you by name. Something you don't see.
We stopped here for the first time and our experience was good. The young servers were doing a great job and they were having fun while doing it. The food was good and we especially liked the artwork and the wood cutouts of local town names displayed throughout the restaurant. We will be back again to visit. Thanks for the great dining adventure.
Excellent food! They offer a wide variety of items on their menu and have large portions. Awesome service!
They have the best customer service and we love the meals we've had here.
