The restaurant is hidden in a quiet side street within walking distance of the Ottaviano Metro station. It is pleasantly appointed, and the service is excellent. Staff speak English well.
The cuisine sounds interesting on the menu, is attractively presented, but actually is executed in a rather unimpressive way. The ingredients appear to be fresh and genuine, but the aromas of the ingredients do not contribute to taste as one would expect. Fundamentally, there is a tendency to "season" using salt, in the process drowning what good aromas probably were present at the start.
Suitable cuisine, perhaps, for an airline operating at 30,000 ft, but not what I would expect near sea level. Certainly not given the previous reviews, and not at EUR 50 p.p. (incl. EUR 8 for wine, appetizer, first & second course).
