cercavo un posto dove cenare con i miei amici in tarda serata, i ristoranti in torno mi hanno proposto solo una cena veloce mentre il signor mario si è messo a nostra totale disposizione consigliandoci piatti tipici e intrattenuto con la sua simpatia. È stato davvero un piacere provare quest’esperienza tipica romana e di sicuro ritorneremo dal signor Mario ogni volta che ci troveremo li .

Il bellissimo ristorante italiano autentico del signor Mario. Ci hanno aperto le porte del loro ristorante, ci hanno trattato molto gentilmente, il cibo è delizioso, Mario e sua moglie ci hanno aiutato con la lingua e il cibo. Persone consigliate al 100% che amano e hanno una passione per il cibo italiano.

Ho soggiornato per in paio di giorno a Roma siamo stati spesso a mangiare io e il mio compagno in questo ristorante,direi molto soddisfatta i titolari molto cordiali e gentile prezzi onesti cucina ottima fatta con passione. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Stumbled across this restaurant on the way back to our hotel. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, food was superb and served quickly and all for a reasonable price. €10 per meal. Would defiantly recommend and return if ever in Rome again. Thank you

If you want authentic Italian food with a home cooked feel, this is the place to be. The restaurant is highly underrated. The owner (also the chef) has 47 years of experience and knows how to cook up a delicious meal. Highly recommended!

Leckere Vorspeise und das Hauptgericht habe ich mit anderen Nudeln, als in der Speisekarte, bestellt. Essen kam wie gewünscht und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Außerdem hat die Bedienung Parmesan und Brot angeboten. Die Wartezeit war zwar etwas länger, aber man ist im Urlaub und es hat sich gelohnt.

This place was just across the road from my hostel and wow it did not disappoint. The owner and his wife were very warm and friendly. The food itself tastes so authentic and delicious. The service was great, I would highly recommend the spaghetti and meatballs.

Lugar muy recomendable! Porciones abundantes y comida realmente casera! Volvería sin duda! Me pedí un risotto con setas y estaba exquisito. Lugar familiar y acogedor! El trato ha sido impecable, no hablamos italiano y en todo momento se empeñaban en entendernos.... Un sitio de 10! Incluso tuvimos recomendación del chef en cuanto a la cantidad de queso en el plato. Impecable y súper recomendable!

Had the pesto and the tiramisu, both were delicious!!! And a lot more affordable than expected. The family that runs the restaurant were really sweet, kind, and they accommodated for our large group well. Will definitely go there again before my trip ends!

Great place! We were just passing by Rome for the day with a friend and we wanted to eat a good amount of food for a good price and we found this great place, the staff were delightful and the food very tasty! Thank you again for the shotino!

I highly recommend. Real Italian food, great taste. Everything we tried was incredibly delicious - large portions, delicious pasta, risotto, desserts. The restaurant has an atmosphere. The owners are very nice and kind. A must visit. Hope to see you again!!

Authentic, generous portions, just wish we could’ve fit in more. We went to Miss Grilled as it was close by to our hotel following a later arrival into Rome - unlike some of the other restaurants we passed, when we stopped to look at the menu there was no hounding us in - the owner, a lovely chap who later explained to us his 46 years of owning the restaurant with his wife, was just humbly stood in the doorway and explained to us that they’re open and the day’s special was Spaghetti and meatballs - which were divine. The owner couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel extremely welcome. I liked, in particular, the restaurant is not dressed as something it is not, it is a humble, family establishment and what you get is an authentic family dining experience. Portions were on the larger side, however, this is by no means a complaint! Just make sure you’re ready to eat when you get there! The meatballs were nothing short of delicious, very obviously home made, the pasta was beautifully al dente and the sauce was unlike anything you’d find at home (in this case, the UK). Would definitely recommend.
