Rimasti estasiati. Un mix di colori odori e sapori che ci ha colpito piacevolmente. Piatti creativi utilizzando i prodotti tipici della Sicilia. Ogni piatto è un’esplosione di passione e di gusto che la Chef Viviana Varese fa vivere in ogni suo piatto. Indimenticabile

Una location unica nel suo genere immersa nella natura tra le colline. Il ristorante al suo interno è un esperienza sublime. Il menù degustazione lo raccomando per chi vuole cimentarsi in qualcosa di unico sia visivo che gustativo, la selezione dei vini ottima e la mescita altamente professionale. Servizio e personale ottimo e accogliente.

Prima volta e devo dire esperienza meravigliosa. Piatti gustosi e ben presentati, location per la serata molto curata con musica soft, personale di sala cordialissimo, grazie a Felice, direttore di sala sempre presente e pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, e Michela, che ha saputo accostare al nostro fantastico menù delle bollicine strepitose. Io e le mie amiche ritorneremo sicuramente !!!

Lovely restaurant! Highly recommended making a dinner reservation before sunset to catch the beautiful colors of the sky, the view is phenomenal! The service and sommelier were extremely friendly and well prepared. The food was truly delicious.

I booked dinner here after reading multiple reviews including the Michelin guide and scouring through Instagram. I had high expectations and every single one of them was blown out of the water. The restaurant, the staff, the wine and the food were all excellent. Our experience started with some aperitivo outside overlooking the plush greenery that surrounds the restaurant. We asked to be seated in the room with the open kitchen which created the most intimate dining experience as for half our meal, we were the only diners in there. The open kitchen was unlike most others - it was quiet with only two chefs in there. Matteo took the time to introduce himself to us and ask us about our experience. The service was attentive without being overbearing. The best part of the service was that the staff were not afraid to show their personalities which we loved. We went for the five course menu with wine pairing and loved it. The som seemed to be actually thinking about the wines she was picking out rather than it being pre prescribed. All the food was delicious, . The stand out dish for me was a soft boiled egg dish which easily is in my top 5 best dishes that I have eaten. I would fly back to Noto just to eat it again. The whole experience was incredible. I’m not quite sure how this is on Michelin guide instead of being starred - perhaps something that will be remedied with time.

This has become one of our favorite restaurants in the world after the wonderful dinner we had here with friends. Romantic location surrounded by lush vegetation, movie landscape, fairytale scents and silence. Well-devised furnishings, finishes and modern table sets with a country touch. Cellar with organic wines from small local wineries that are absolutely worth discovering. Valentina took great care of us right from booking. Matteo is an innovative chef with experience and a great future ahead. Our compliments also to all the rest of the staff. To fully understand their excellent dishes you just have to try them. Absolutely worth the price and a visit.

Remarkable meal. Everything was outstanding. Highest quality and freshness. Superb vegetables, black pork and fish. The extra dishes were so creative and delicious. And excellent service and great wines. A special experience.

We had a good dinner here while staying at the Country Resort. There are both tasting menu options and an a-la-carte option. My wife is pregnant and they were very sensitive to her dietary needs and made the appropriate adjustments. We ordered from the menu, and I enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients.

We had a wonderful dinner here, food was locally sourced and beautifully presented without being too stiff or pretentious. Service was great, super friendly, the entire team made us feel very welcome.

Sehr inspirierendes Menü mit tollen Geschmackserlebnissen. Gute Weinempfehlung, obwohl mit 20 EUR für ein Glas lokalen Weines recht teuer. Sehr freundlicher Service. Einziger Kritikpunkt: 7 Gänge sowie Amuse-Gueule und Kaffee in 90 min ist etwas zu schnell, obwohl wir nach dem dritten Gang um etwas weniger Tempo gebeten haben.

We had the chance to try this lovely place as guest of the hotel. Starting from the location every thing is amazing. You can feel the energy of a new project starting and the research behind it. All about local flavours and raw materials. Everything sourced locally and from the best small producers. Thanks Viviana for the very interesting flavours tour and the kindness! We loved it!

Une expérience culinaire incroyable dans un cadre féérique. À ne pas manquer, le dîner « Fuoco », entièrement réalisé à la braise, sur une terrasse bucolique au milieu des oliviers.
