Absolutely fantastic experience, the chef is Apulian and you can really taste it in the dishes. There are three set menus to choose from, 4-6 dishes each, €100 - €150 per person + drinks. Excellent! Very impressive cuisine with extraordinary equilibrium. Chef Porcelli is not showing off his true ability but demonstrate his skill with the best ingredients. I will come back.

Absolutely spectacular, the Evolution 6-course menue was absolutely fabulous - flavors, textures, attention to detail. The wine pairing also fits nicely. A joy to come here!
